Iblis - The Wrath of Thunder: Iblis is a thunder devil, who can summon powerful thunder and lightning, that becomes stronger by his rage. His spells cost dander, which is a unique resource that Iblis has. Iblis is a melee AD/AP hybrid bruiser, that mainly focuses on auto-attack animation cancelling with powerful spells. He has great offensive and defensive capabilities, but has to compensate by losing defensive stats for offensive stats and vice versa through some of his spells. He gets a lot of damage reduction through his passive but doesn't gain any armor or magic resist through items, they are instead converted to AD and AP. He is mainly played as an AD/AP Hybrid Bruiser, or AP Assassin. His play style is aggressive and he's often the one to initiate team fights. NOTE: The numbers can always be tweaked depending on how overpowered he could become.

P - Demonic Temper: [Damage Reduction: From 0% up to 50% (based on dander)]

INNATE: Iblis gains damage reduction based on the amount of dander he has.

Dander: Iblis gains dander when he receives damage by enemy champions and when he auto-attacks. His dander quickly falls off after exiting combat.

  • Auto-attacks fills Iblis' dander by 20% each.

COMPENSATION: Bonus armor and magic resist through items is converted to bonus AD and AP.

Q - Swift Strikes: [Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds], [Physical Damage: 120/130/140/150/160% Total AD], [Bonus Magic Damage: 40/75/110/145/180 (+40% AP)], [AR/MR Reduction: 5/10/15/20/35% Total]

PASSIVE: After auto-attacking an enemy you gain the ability to cast Mid Kick.

First Cast - Mid-Kick (Cost: 20% dander): Iblis swiftly kicks a single target, dealing physical damage, lowering their armor and magic resist.

  • Auto-attacking after casting Mid-Kick allows Iblis to cast an additional empowered Mid-Kick if he has at least 30% dander.

Second Cast - Empowered Mid-Kick (Cost: 30% dander): Iblis' next kick is empowered with lightning, causing his kick to deal bonus magic damage and proc on-hit effects.

  • Swift Strikes goes on cooldown after its second cast.
  • If Iblis has less than 30% dander he will be unable to cast Empowered Mid-Kick until he has.
  • Empowered Mid-Kick cannot be cast until Iblis auto-attacks after using Mid-Kick.
  • Mid-Kick and Empowered Mid-Kick's animation and cast time scales down with bonus attack speed.
  • Mid-Kick and Empowered Mid-Kick both resets auto-attack animation.
  • Mid-Kick does not proc on-hit effects unless it's empowered.

W - Roaring Thunder: [Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12s], [Magic Damage: 60/105/150/195/240 (+60% bonus AD)(+90% AP)] [Cost: 100% of current dander], [Channel Time: 2 seconds], [Shield Strength: 11/12/13/14/15% maximum health]

ACTIVE: Iblis consumes all of his current dander and gains a shield, after a few seconds he bursts out thunder and lightning in an area around himself dealing magic damage. - If Iblis has over 50% dander, Roaring Thunder pulls enemies towards him. - If Iblis has over 75% dander, Roaring Thunder deals true damage instead of magic damage. - Iblis can move, attack and cast spells while channeling Roaring Thunder.

E - Lightning Step: [Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds], [Bonus Magic Damage: 25/50/90/120/160 (+30% AP)], [Cost: 40% dander]

PASSIVE: Reduces item active and passive cooldown by 11/22/33% (Level 1, 7 and 13)

ACTIVE: Iblis dashes towards the target destination, absorbing projectiles during the dash, and causes his next auto attack to electrocute his target. The electrocute deals bonus magic damage to a single target while stunning them, and also spreads lightning to nearby targets dealing magic damage and slowing them. - Casting Lightning Step resets the auto-attack animation.

R - Wrath of Thunder: [Cooldown: 160/120/90 seconds], [Magic Damage: 350/500/650 (+100% bonus AD) (+90% AP)], [Buff: 10% Dander per second, Buff Duration: 8 seconds (+6s per takedown)]

First Cast - Tantrum (No Cost): Iblis yells out in rage, fearing nearby minions. He then starts rapidly gaining dander for a few seconds, which duration is extended by takedowns.

Second Cast - Death from Above (Cost: 100% Dander): Iblis blinks into the sky through a lightning bolt becoming untargetable for 0.5 seconds, he then blinks back to the same area while striking the ground with a large thunder bolt, dealing magic damage to all enemies within the area of effect. - Death from Above can be re-cast while Iblis has the Tantrum Buff. - Death from Above can only be cast when Iblis has 100% dander. - Each cast of Death from Above consumes 100% of Iblis' dander.

Recommended Items - Damage, Attack Speed, Health and On-Hit:

  • Starting Items: Doran's Blade or Doran's Shield
  • Early Items: Sheen, Tiamat, Phage, Stinger
  • Essential Items: Trinity Force, Titanic Hydra, Guinsoo's Rageblade
  • Offensive Items: Sorcerer's Shoes, Blade of the Ruined King, Hextech Gunblade
  • Defensive Items: Warmog's Armor, Sterak's Gage, Maw of Malmortius

Camille QSion WEkko E?, Darius +Pantheon R?. Sounds cool but the combination of defence, offence and mobility may make him hard to balance.
