Executioner Mundo is not a concept, since the skin already exists. http://www.leagueofpapers.com/sites/default/files/Executioner-Mundo-Splash-Art-v2-league_of_papers.jpg

So this would just be an update for his splashart, but he will get his skins and splasharts updated when he gets his VGU anyway.

However, still like the 2 skins you are showing here being Leatherface Sion and Rockstar Soraka. In general, I think we could use some more horror movie inspired skins. I would like to see a return of the Zombie and Slayer skin line, Slayer Jinx is one of my favourite skins ever created.

I am in fucking love with rockstar soraka, but you could rename her to pentakill soraka which would give a fitting thematic to the idea to go with.
