play support twice and gain an "Assurance" token, spend these tokens on picking only one role

This idea was sparked from Aram in all honesty, with the rerolls.

I was thinking, what if people just got rewarded for playing support (Or whatever role is theoretically undesirable at the time) So you play a game as support (or undesirable class), gaining points based on your performance, after a few games you get an assurance token, you can spend these with a new icon in the role select instead of choosing a secondary role, you can save up to four of these tokens, that way you have advantage of lane pick in promos. And you can be your main when you feel you need to be.

gain bonus points to your token gaining resource by getting honored :)
