Vladimir Q Rework?

Just thought that he heals way to much and too easily. His Q is a click-on ability in where every 3rd cast heals and deals more damage. I thought it could use some changes and this is what I propose:

• Q - Throws a dagger shaped from Vladimir's own blood at the cost of (X) amount of his health dealing (X) amount of damage. If it strikes a champion, it will inflict a wound in which during the next second, Vladimir can either choose to heal or deal more damage.

If Vladimir recasts the Q during the second, he will rip the wound dealing (X) damage. If Vladimir chooses not to recast, after the second has passed, he will draw blood from the wound and use it to heal himself for (X) amount. The dagger goes through minions dealing damage and stops upon hitting an enemy champion.

I thought this would be better because it would add a new element to him and stop him from just constantly spamming Q to bring his health back up. It would make it so that he would have to actually do something to heal as a reward rather than just pointing and clicking.
