As the last of a mysterious cult in the desolate Freljord, Moltek practices a long-forgotten blood magic, wandering the frozen earth in the struggle to survive. Upon draining any number of stacks of BLOOD, Moltek is unable to gain any BLOOD for the next 15/14/13/12/11/10 seconds.

For each enemy champion below 100% health near Moltek, he gains 1 stack of BLOOD (maximum of 5) every 5 seconds.

Dealing damage with HEARTBREAKER grants Moltek 1 stack of BLOOD.

If Moltek deals fatal damage to his victim using HEARTBREAKER, Moltek channels for 1.5 seconds. At the end of the channel, Moltek reduces the cooldowns of his abilities by 1/2/3/4/5 seconds. Using this effect grants Moltek 5 stacks of BLOOD instead. This effect cannot be used more than once every 15 seconds.

This altar remains on the field as long as Moltek is within its range. During this time, Moltek can recast ALTAR OF THE FLESH to channel for 1 second, draining all of his BLOOD into the altar. Upon recasting, all allied champions near the altar, in an effect radius of 400, heal for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 (+50% AP) for each stack of BLOOD consumed (maximum of 120).

If ALTAR OF THE FLESH is recast, additional effects are applied to enemy units near the altar at the end of the channel.

  • 10 BLOOD: Reduce armor of enemy units by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds.
  • 20 BLOOD: Slow enemy units by 30/40/50/60/70% for 2 seconds.
  • 30 BLOOD: Silence enemy units for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
  • 40 BLOOD: Inflict Grievous Wounds on enemy units for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Enemies damaged by PREY ON THE WEAK are marked for 6 seconds. During this time, if any marked enemy unit is or falls under 30/32/34/36/38% health, the enemy unit is stunned for 1.5 seconds.

For the duration of THE BLOODLINE Moltek is able to move, but he is unable to attack or cast spells for the duration.

For the next 3 seconds, any healing that enemy champions in range of THE BLOODLINE receive is negated, and the healing that they would have received is instead transferred to Moltek for 50/55/60% (+ 0.5% for each stack of BLOOD drained) (maximum of 20% bonus effect) of the healing. For every 10 stacks of BLOOD drained, THE BLOODLINE's duration increases by 0.5 seconds (maximum of 2 extra seconds). Enemy units who leave the effect radius are no longer affected by THE BLOODLINE

Okay, to be honest I thought this was going to be a lame champion with boring, same-y blood stuff but I LOVE this guy's kit on paper. One issue I'm seeing though is that you have to wait a long time for any of your spells to be useful, I think that you should try to find some way to make gaining blood easier because as it stands it feels like you'd only be able to cast his W before being completely useless but let's go ability by ability.

Passive: I think this could use some work, it feels slow and awkward given how high the cost for his W and his E are. Perhaps a larger pool would make things simpler costs for everything other than the W.

Q: You're encouraging supports to take kills from their ADC's, not exactly a great idea. I'd sugguest finding an easier way to regenerate blood without stealing from your ADC, perhaps up the blood return and make it a projectile since he seems to lack any form of reliable poke.

W: Really expensive cost but really cool at the same time. I honestly wouldn't change this one bit.

E: 400 radius is so tiny I doubt you'd be able to stun anyone during the laning phase unless you flash for it. I think the ability is cool but the HP threshold is really high, in a team fight a 1.5 second stun would turn a total disaster into an easy victory if your team has a Rumble or anyone else with high AoE damage.

R: I'd say remove the cost for it since you already have expensive abilities in the form of your W and E. It's a strong ability as an AoE slow and grievous wounds on cocaine but the inability to cast your other spells is a huge draw back. If you're still able to cast items then I think it would be fine (Locket, redemption, Face of the mountain, etc.) because you can still cover for your ADC.

Change Q's heart rip effect to being within 5 sec of a takedown because that way he gains the effect on kills and assists. " and crushing it, spilling their blood across himself" what does this have to do with anything? I think its too graphic for LoL's rating

W has too many differen effects going on either stack the effectivness of ONE effect or make the effects similar. Slowing an Silence are very diff from each other and redcuing armor and grievous wounds. Additionally Riot had branded grievous wounds an unhealthy mechanic for the continuation of the game and have decided to not implement it in any further designs.

Other than that W is a nice ability

I don't understand the reasoning for teh stun being on E, doesn't seem likea gud fit.

If Moltek is a supprt then his heal stealing should be granted to the nearest ally as well, or at least reduce the CD of W also it might be a nice thematic to have enemy champs that are taken down spawn W's

And for game health purposes the Heal steal should not negate, but steal at a max a high % of the heal.

seems pretty unique as a support so i'll just give my 2 cents. P:having a resource that improves as enemies take damage is great but i'm wondering on the (max of 5) per champ and if so how would it be tallied when casting abilities. also the lockout on regaining resources seems pretty harsh, any reason for that? Q: 1.5 sec channel might be pushing it especially as a melee during laning phase. W: like the idea behind this and execution but have a question. are the effects of the altar cumulative and what is the activation range for the altar? E: I really like this. nice thematic but not broken. R: scary dangerous and absolutely beautiful. i'm not sure if this would be broken but i love the idea.
