A fair kassidin buff

So I just played kassidin again after the nerfs the range on his ult is really terrible especially late game so I was wondering if you could make his ult have scaling range kinda like how akali's ult has scaling range per rank.

Kass is my #2 and imo the new ap scalings on ult was a game changer. Doin around 1k per 800 mana ult is satisfying.
