A league replay system so I don't have to play at 30 frames using obs and show off a montage of my best plays to my friends.

You could use a Replay program instead of recording raw video. Recording a spectator file has no hit on your performance and the files are very small, and you can spectate them later to record or just watch. I use BaronReplays.
