I was just thinking with the theme of the battle boss skins that Vel'koz would fit pretty good Hes even got that mega death ray and the evil boss vibe you would find in an arcade game Just an idea really i don't have any art for it so sorry :C
I was just looking this up to see if there was any concept or fan art that anyone has made for this, but I could not agree with you more. I am not an amazing artist but I am going to attempt to draw it. I definitely think he would be amazing to have that type of skin.
if u put velkoz into a animate or arcade game theme it just reminds everyone of he hentai stuff.
