[Mastery Suggestion] RESOLVE Capstone for Squishy Champions

Resolve currently doesn't have a lot to appeal to the squisher characters of League, which I feel is something that should be remedied: all masteries trees should feel viable on most characters. So here's a slightly crazy (and perhaps slightly overtuned) capstone designed to appeal to the fragile champions instead of the durable ones.

PROTECTIVE CHARM: When you take more than 30% of your total HP in damage in less than 1.25 seconds, you gain invincibility for 1 second. 90 second cooldown.

It's unappealing to champions with high HP pools, an opt-in counter for high damage assassination comps, yet has counters (saving your last damage ability, the new Duskblade item on the PBE) and a long cooldown (to popping it early opens up huge windows of opportunity).

Thoughts?

Incredibly overpowered. There will literally be no reason to not take this as anybody other than somebody like Tahm or Shen.

Not to mention this is from masteries. Your target champion group won't even be the ones who uses it. I'd be picking this up on assassins/people you yourself want to counter with this stupid idea.

First of all, I'm not sure I agree with this. I actually think Mastery trees right now need to be tweaked more specifically for certain kinds of play style. If you're gonna play a marksman with the Resolve tree, you should play them tanky/bruisery, and I think Grasp of the Undying would be perfect in this case.

Also, this doesn't feel like a mastery. More like a summoner spell summoner 21 summoner 7 . Most keystone masteries involve player aggression, or at least deliberate action. What you're talking about is pure reaction.
