This is the first version of a champion concept I came up with. This version doesn't have every detail like stats, artwork and, other things; those will be in a later version. Anyways, please tell me what you think about the concept; I'd really appreciate it!*

ToC

1.) LORE 2.) GAMEPLAY 3.) NORMAL ANIMATIONS 4.) IN-GAME APPEARANCE 5.) SAYINGS 6.) TAUNTS **7.)**LAUGH 8.) STATS, ABILITIES AND, WHATNOT

1.) LORE

Raigo was the son of a ruffian that was well renowned within noxian slums; everyone in the slums loved his father because he took it upon himself to take care of his fellow hoodlums by using trickery and gambling but, no one, not even his own son who knew he did some crimes to get more money for the slums, didn’t know who he truly was and what horrible things he's done to truly provide for everyone.

The man was the leader of a secret rogue organization that has stolen, fought and, killed many times to take care of the weak and poor that Noxus has long abandoned. Going against the laws of Noxus, Raigo’s father always lucked out but, one day, his luck failed him; Noxian enforcers found the organization’s headquarters and raided it where he died in the process. When his father’s right hand man in the organization visited him at the little shack him and His father resided in with his fathers best weapon, “Last Resort”, in his hand, he knew his father was gone.

After his father’s right hand man told him everything he needed to know about his father, Raigo knew it was his destiny to be the next leader of the Rogue Organization as he realized that his father trained him to do so since the beginning. Now the new King of Thieves, he does whatever he has to do to look out for the little guys and girls of Noxus while getting a good kick out of it just like his late father.

2.) GAMEPLAY

Notes for Gameplay: Players would need to know when to engage/disengage, need to have great reflexes/reaction times, be good at managing abilities and their cooldowns and, be good at good baiting to be competent with Raigo and, not feed.

Raigo is a young scoundrel that uses underhanded techniques, a couple of magic items and, luck to go toe to toe with foes that would otherwise destroy him. Raigo may seem like he's nothing more than a hooligan but, he’s truly a dangerous person. His abilities allow him to bait enemies and catch them off guard; Raigo loves to play games that aren't particularly fun, at least, not for those that play with him.

*Some Gameplay Tips

Raigo is more of a trickster assassin than a stealthy one.

He doesn't do much damage normally but he has good punishing potential for those that fall for his tricks.

"Tactical Retreat" has many uses such as escaping, engaging/disengaging, ganking enemies and, dodging attacks.

Keep in mind that "Tactical Retreat" makes Raigo run the opposite direction of where he was facing beforehand.

*Some Counter Tips

Sometimes, it'd best to just not engage him.

He's most vulnerable when his moves are on cooldown

Feint your attacks to trick him into using most of his abilities

3.) NORMAL ANIMATIONS

Standing: Raigo takes a combat stance with his dagger in hand that he think looks cool but, it just looks silly; this accidentaly makes him look like he doesn't know what he's doing which tricks enemies into underestimating him.

Movement: he moves in an very dynamic way to make himself look cool/tough but, it just makes him look silly

Attacking: Raigo is actually very skilled with his dagger; he slashes and stabs enemies with great precision and surprising force coming from a skinny young man such as himself.

4.) IN-GAME APPEARANCE

Raigo is the King of Thieves but, he doesn’t look the part. He’s young (a teen), skinny and, has a dopey face. He has hazel eyes, short Brunette hair and, peachy skin. He wears a simple tunic with a hood, fingerless gloves and, boots because he doesn’t care about looking flashy and, being the King of Thieves and all, he wants to stay under the radar as much as possible. In his belt, he has “Last Resort” and his magic mirror holstered; he has a holster for his dagger but, he always has the dagger out in the game. His apparel’s color scheme is blue and brown.

5.) SAYINGS

Raigo says something cocky while looking at himself in his magic mirror

6.) TAUNTS

Raigo says something that he thinks sounds cool and menacing to his enemies while doing a crazy trick with his dagger. After perfectly pulling off the trick, he looks at the dagger in awe and says under his breath "Nailed it" or something along those lines.

Occasionally, he'll fail to land the trick; he'll stop what he was saying and pitifully scream as he dodges his dagger that he lost control of. After the dagger hits the ground, he picks in up in an awkward defeated manner.

“I'll show you the true power of the King of Thieves!'

“What? You don't want me to kill ya? Well, too bad!"

“I have connections all across Noxus...watch your back.”

7.) LAUGH

Raigo annoyingly laughs while holding his gut. He then points at his enemies which makes him laugh harder followed by him whipping tears off his face as he says ”Woo!’

After dodging enemy attacks using “Tactical Retreat”: “(Laughs) Get juked! (Points and laughs harder)”

8.) STATS, ABILITIES AND, WHATNOT

Role: Fighter/Assassin

Notes for Stats: Raigo shouldn't do much damage normally; exploiting his enemys with his abilities should bring out his true stats/potential. Some abilities should have a medium to medium-high cooldown so enemies can actually have a chance to beat him/catch him. His health should be low normally so, if he gets caught off guard, he'll get severely punished or even deleted.

Passive: Exploitive Nature

Raigo is an exploitive bastard; even in combat. As Raigo engages in combat with his enemies, he scans them until he finds all of their weaknesses. If Raigo is within the mid proximity of enemy champions for the total of 1 minute, he finds a weakness of theirs; permanently increasing his physical damage by a small percentage. He can find up to 8 weaknesses on each enemy champion.

Q: Low Blow

Raigo hits his enemies below the waist, dealing damage and stunning the target for a short period of time

Q's Passive: "You're wide open!"

Raigo tries to hurry up and finish off his enemies before they recover increasing his attack speed by a percentage whenever an enemy is cc’d.

W: "Tactical Retreat"

Raigo flees from his enemies after coming to the conclusion that he can’t beat them.Raigo cowers in fear as he swiftly runs the opposite direction of where he was facing beforehand. Raigo will jump over certain walls if he uses tactical retreat by them. This move is great for disengaging, retreating (of course) and baiting enemies. If Raigo tries to jump over a wall that can't be jumped over using tactical retreat, he’ll slam into it instead resulting in him being stunned for a short duration. Raigo can cancel tactical retreat (this is good for baiting enemies and juking some enemy abilities/ults). If he runs into an enemy champ or ally champion while using tactical retreat, he’ll bump into them; stunning him and the second party for a short duration.

E: Mimic Mirror

Raigo quickly pulls out his magic mirror in a frightened manner. If he pulls the mirror out at the same time a magic projectile hits him, it’ll negate the projectile’s damage and, the mirror will absorb the projectile. The absorbed magic ability can be used by Raigo once. He cannot have more than one Absorbed ability. The mirror also doubles as a shield; if he pulls out the mirror at the EXACT time a physical attack (such as autos and physical abilities) hits him, the mirror will negate the attack’s damage and stun for a short duration.

E's Passive: "This is my chance"

Any abilities on cooldown are reset after perfectly blocking an enemy's physical ability (such as Garen's Decisive Strike).

R: Last Resort

Raigo pulls out a magic pistol that he inherited from his father called “Last Resort”. Last resort is a trick shot ult that allows Raigo to shoot 6 rounds. Damage starts off weak but, landing a shot multiples the damage of the next. Raigo can put up Last resort early decreasing its cooldown. If Raigo get’s hit with last resort out, he drops it canceling the ult. If he does any abilities while last resort is out, the ult cancels. Raigo can move with last resort.

It sounds interesting, but I think his E should fire the projectiles at like 50% dmg. Unless you switch his ult and E.

With the switch, the new ult could fire the captured projectile at 3x dmg, if it is a non-ult projectile captured. If it is an ult-projectile it could fire it at a 1.5x dmg. He would retain the CD reset.

For his pistol, maybe have a similar system like Jinx's fishbones.

His focus is a bit all over the place, and his mobility is only good while running away, which isn't good on an assassin. Assassins are suppose to be all in with powerful engages with quick get in get out tactics, while this guy has no engage potential and requires a prolonged fight against opponents.

Maybe focus a bit, ditch the mirror for some kind of engage, and maybe his weapon could be a pistol with a bayonet on it, and his ult allows him to make ranged attacks, which charges with kills or he finds or pick pockets ammo as a passive, or put it on his E, and make him a skillshot based marksmen. Actively I'd say, make him spend all 6 shots at once, for an execute, that other enemies can block the damage of, like a mix between Zed and Caitlyn, or McCree from Overwatch.
