This is the first version of a character concept I created beginning with the art. It's not fully fleshed out; it's missing complete stats on abilities, there isn't any special interactions, the full lore isn't complete, etc. I'm just getting it out there but, with what's here now, please tell me what you think; I'd really appreciate it!

Full name: Vextra Momano Origin: Ionia Residency: None (traveler)

Role: Support/Assassin

Gameplay

Vextra is a buff Support that can burst down enemies if players have superb reflexes, Rage management, Health management and, accuracy; if players lack the skills to play her, they will simply feed.

Vextra becomes more dangerous as her health gets lower and when her Bonded ADC dies, making her great at retaliating and punishing those who slayed her partner. With her Ult and player’s accuracy, she can catch enemies for her ADC/team or, catch low health enemies that would escape otherwise. With her interesting and engaging high risk high reward mechanics and her flexible yet very high learning curve probably would make her the most exhilarating support to date.

Lore (Only TL;DR version; full version isn't ready)

After Vextra got exiled from Placidium because of her uncontrollable rage, she discovers a red crystal housing an ancient spirit called Arubio inside a cave. Arubio tells her that he discovered the true way to gain enlightenment in life and, if she wields him, she can learn the truth as well. Now with Arubio guiding her, she travels around Valoran preaching about this truth that she discovered and, punishing those that pronounce her truth as false.

Stats, abilities and, whatnot (incomplete)

Damage: 7 Defense: 2 Ability: 4 Difficultly: 10

Notes

Ult will be on a low cooldown for an ult but it’s damage will be low; it’s more for finishing off low health enemies, escaping, catching enemies for teammates and, disrupting enemy escapes (second damage disrupts teleporting/backing). Her ranged autos should have a greater range than normal otherwise, she wouldn’t be able to do much unless she had rage. Her damage shouldn’t be too much without her rage or she would just be op. Buffs should be balanced (of course).

Mechanic: Rage

Vextra slowly gains Rage over time. Getting damaged increases rage much more quickly. All abilities uses rage to activate.

Abilities (working names)

Passive: Red Bond

Vextra connects her anger to an ally. Bonded ally feels the same rage as Vextra; bond increases both champs attack speed, attack damage and, armor by a small percentage. If bonded ally takes damage, she gains a small amount of rage; she does not take damage from ally damage. If she switches bond to another ally, former bonded ally loses buff; Vextra must wait 3 seconds between bond switching

If the bonded ally dies, it breaks the bond. Vextra becomes blinded by rage for 5 seconds; movement speed increases by 15%%, attack speed increases 30%, abilities do 25% more damage and, normal amount of rage over time increases by 25%. After enrage, she becomes weak taking 25% more damage from enemy attacks than normal and slowed by 30% for 5 seconds

Q: Wrath Blade Cost: 30% Rage

Vextra creates a blade out of her rage, turning her basic attack from ranged to melee for a duration of time. Wrath blade increases physical damage by a certain amount and does a minuscule percentage of DPS with each basic attack.

W: Seething Charge Cost: 35% Rage

Vextra Charges bonded ally with rage. Seething Charge reduces all types of damage by a fair amount and, increases bonded ally’s attack damage, ability power, attack speed and, movement speed by a small amount. Ability stats double when used on herself.

E: Rage Possession Cost: 50% Rage

Vextra possesses targeted enemy champ and, makes target attack her for a short duration of time (channeling ability). Vextra gains much more rage from enemy attacks than normal but, possessed enemies deal more damage to her and damage dealt to possessed enemy is reduced. Move is used to gain enough rage to do other abilities; it’s a very risky move that only expert Vextra players would know how to perfectly use.

R: Red Blitz Cost: 75% Rage

Vextra, engulfed in pure fury and wrath blade in hand, dashes in a targeted direction (trick shot) at blinding speeds. If Vextra hits a champion, she unleashes hell on the victim with a flurry of attacks that deals the first half of damage and stuns target for a short duration of time. 5 seconds later, her victim feels the full scale of her attack dealing the second half of the damage all at once that slows for a short amount of time. If she misses a champ, her raging energy black lashes causing her to be stunned for a duration of time. Red Blitz goes through non enemy champions but does some damage; it can also go through some walls.

I like what you were trying to do, a support/assassin is a rare role.

Her weakness being squishy and yet gains more damage the lower her life is interesting.

My main issue, but maybe i missed it, is that she has very little sustain in combat, no shield or healing to allow her to fight her enemies when she's low on HP

so far only her W is support, the rest make more assassin than anything else

She is more assassin than anything else with a glutton for punishment

"Health management and, accuracy; if players lack the skills to play her, they will simply feed." pretty much sums my issues with her at this time.

maybe instead on missing health = more damage, give her charges instead, so she can heal up and still build up "Rage" and damage. a multiplier of sorts.

that's all, have fun with your idea

A support with 0 CC. This can't possibly go wrong

You'll need to pick between support or assassin if you want a strong concept. Those roles are complete opposites, and trying to do both usually, if not always, ends up breaking the concept (becoming downright OP, or nerfed to the point of uselessness). Right now, there's not much support ability here aside from W and maybe R, so I think the current design is better suited as an assassin than support. If you want her to be a support, there needs to be a bit more CC, or skills that aid others (ex. what weaknesses do other champions have in their playstyle, that you think you champion can mitigate?)

In addition, rage mechanics are meant to increase a champion's effectiveness over time, which is why they're mostly on up-close fighters that can both tank and deal out damage. This can run opposite to your champion's idea of an assassin, so I do recommend you watch out for that.

Good luck!
