Rework: Volibear, the Thunder's Roar
Passive:
When Volibear takes damage while his health is below 60% and 30%, he lets out a roar, fearing all enemy units in 1000 range for 2 seconds. Each health threshold has a separate cooldown. (40 seconds cooldown)
Q: Rolling Thunder
Volibear charges toward an enemy, becoming immune to slows and gaining movement speed toward enemy champions. His next attack within 4 seconds displaces his target, placing it behind him over .75 seconds.
W: Frenzy
Passive: Upon applying CC to an enemy, Volibear gains Attack Speed and heals for a portion of the damage he deals over time. Active: Volibear unleashes a roar, slowing nearby enemies and increasing the Attack Speed and Movement Speed of nearby allies.
E: Maul
Active: Volibear swings in front of him, dealing bonus damage to all enemies as a bleed. His next attack against any bleeding target deals bonus damage based on their missing health and gains a small dash if the enemy is just out of reach.
R: Storm’s Fury
Volibear creates a storm covering the whole field of battle, reducing enemy vision. Over the next few seconds, Volibear’s attacks channel lightning, dealing bonus damage to the target and chaining to nearby enemies. Volibear's attacks enrages the storm, causing a strike of lightning targeting the ground where any champion was standing after a brief delay. Enemies hit by these strikes take damage, and allies who are struck deal bonus damage to their target and nearby enemies on their next attack.
