With all these Drastic Champion Changes, We Need more Refunds

I've been a Quinn player for a long time, and sprung for the Corsair skin when it came out. I've used all of my refunds, but the changes to Quinn make me furious, and I seriously doubt that I will ever play her again (as long as I can't play Valor, there's no reason to play Quinn).

I bought that skin under the understanding that I was responsible for the purchase through the thick-and-thin of balance changes; I wouldn't be able to demand an extra refund if suddenly Quinn were nerfed or something. I get that. That makes sense to me; I own a couple of Poppy skins, and I'm pleased as pie with my purchases (for now) even though she's not viable.

But Quinn and Valor is now a different champion entirely. This isn't the champion for whom I bought that skin. I don't even get to see half of the AAs that the champion was released with. And Quinn isn't the only recently-changed champion for whom this sort of thing can be said.

When the refund program was announced, we were promised that we would receive extra refunds eventually. That hasn't happened. When the Champion Update team started making their changes, they promised that we would be given refunds, no questions asked, on content for champions that they touch. They stopped doing THAT after 2-3 updates. (That's when I bought my Poppy skins, too, figuring that I could refund them if Poppy's eventual Update ruined them for me).

We need more refunds. And I'm not just talking 1 or 2. I'm talking that we need to have the old system of "you can refund skins for champions whom we substantially change through gameplay or visual updates." I have a Rocket Girl Tristana that I'd like to refund, because I bought it at a time when I figured that I could refund it upon Tristana's visual update. I have a couple of Poppy skins, that I bought because I like the champion as she is now. I have a Quinn skin, because I loved to play Quinn top. And with all of these, I no longer receive (or fear that I soon will not) the value from them that I purchased, due to mishandling by the team at Riot, not due to my own fickle mindedness.

I bring this up now, because Quinn is getting pushed to live in her present completely-contrary-to-the-fantasy state, and because the rewards for Champion Mastery were just announced. Spoiler: no skin refunds there. That was the last hope I had that Riot was planning to uphold their promise to give us more refunds.

I have to agree, with all of these major changes coming down the line, and the drastic reworks of a lot of champions, why are we limited to only 3 refunds for the lifetime of our accounts?
