Why can a player I just reported be in my next game?

In promos what's more, so I can't dodge without taking a loss! The moron lost the first game by refusing to group, and then flamed all game and lost it for us the second one by refusing to attack the enemy Nexus (he was ADC). Why do I have no recourse for this other than to submit a second report and cry about my lost promo?

Because having the ability to block people from being in your games would break the match making system?

I know it sucks, but there isn't really a way to change that. As long as you wait a couple minutes it should be fine

I'd say bad luck if I didn't get matched up against a legit diamond duo in my last promo twice in a row with bronze 5 teammates or something... riot doesn't care if you have fun so long as you "fail" and artificially extend the playtime.

For those saying "Wait a couple minutes," I did. Went and grabbed a glass of water. Still happened to be in queue at the same time as the guy, and got teamed up with him.

If you get people like that in your past game, just wait 3-5 minutes for them to pass by and than que up.

Because it'd break matchmaking.

Countless people would just report someone who did poorly to not play with them again. We can objectively prove that through looking at other systems where this is a thing

And the odds of being on the same team as someone two games in a row are astronomically low (I've only fought against someone who was in either of my games twice - both times they were on the opposing team, and had been on my team (good in one instance, where I got to kick the ass of a troll, bad in the other, where they used the knowledge of how I played to invade me and kick my ass).

You know there are some players that block every single person every single game

That would really destroy the game LOL

You can probably submit a support ticket to block them from your games, if you provide evidence that they were toxic (they love screenshots).

So you don't fuck matchmaking more than it already is

Sukishoo10/30/2017, 7:43:14 PM1 votes

An easy thing to do is, WAIT before jumping into a match and no I don't mean 2-3 minutes for your glass of water. I mean 5-10 minutes, take a break, breathe. If you found someone in the previous game don't jump right back into queue cause chances are they did that.

Mcsquzzy10/30/2017, 8:07:50 PM1 votes

gotta make sure he's toxic and not just a one time deal

Dr Cat Pooch10/30/2017, 9:06:49 PM1 votes

The real reason why this happens is because Diamond ELO players would try to rig the matchmaking system by falsely reporting people they don't want to play with, and there would never be any games played because the queue times would be ridiculous. The rules have to apply to all ELOs, so fuck those shady diamond bitches.

Because then everyone is gonna report anyone that feeds in they're game and then the game is gonna have a baaaaaad time.
