I think I have a idea for a toplane or tank support

Note that this is just a idea for one specific ability I would like to see. The image shows him W.

Other abilities that I had in mind:

Q: Jump fowards & fear all units in front of him
E: Since it's a tank I thought something like thick skin that grant him armor and/or resistances
R: Maybe something like a forcefield that aborbs all damage from allies inside it (bit like moakai but now it shield you from projectiles like the braum shield)
For him passive maybe letting his tail grow on level & hit his tail to a nearby enemy after he's been damage by an auto attack or ability.

I get what you are thinking with this, but it seems to be too much like skarner. You have some concepts from maokai, but the character as a whole feels very "skarnerish"

Skaner??? Da hell it's an ally champion that is on the tail not a enemy. The right click is just like thresh latern.

Unless you decribe moakai as one ability and besides that the ult does something else entirely.

I'm talking about the body type and overall feel. Doesn't matter if it is an enemy champ or an ally champ on the tail, it is still a champ being carried by a tail.

Can the enemy choose to not accept the tail? Can they choose to be let down? What if my teammate moves me and I don't want to be moved?
