[Skin Concept] Construction Worker Garen

Or just Construction Garen I really don't care.

Garen would wear an orange hard hat with a yellow like down the middle, and a sweat-soaked t-shirt and blue jeans. He would wield a giant sledge hammer as his 'sword'.

Q - Decisive Strike - Garen's movement speed increases, and his next AA(assuming he still has the buff) will have him slam his sledge hammer on his target's head, silencing it.

W - Courage - Garen increases his armor and magic resist, giving him a orange and yellow construction jacket over top his sweaty t-shirt. Or just add the yellow thing around him, I just think the jacket would be cool. Lol.

E - Judgement - Garen swings his sledgehammer around him, dealing damage over time to all targets in the area of effect.

R - Garen slams his hammer into the ground, bringing a giant construction cone onto a target to deal missing health % damage.
