Here is a cool idea for a support-support.

Chrisana, the Soul Mind:

Passive: Imprint: After killing anything other then minions (or assisting) gain 2.5(x champion level) % of their stats for 1 (+10 seconds per lvl) min.

Q: Blades of Thought: Increases your and the targets ad by 30/40/50/60/70 for 4.5 sec. If you or another ally would cast an ability that would target them, refresh the duration and increase the bonus by 5/8/11/14/17 (+5% ap). Cost: 100 mana Cool: 15 sec

W: Wings of Aspiration: Increases the target's ap by 10/20/30/40/50% and increases their move speed by 5/10/15/20/25 (+50% ap) % for 3 sec. If you or another ally casts an ability that affects them refresh the duration and increase both bonuses by 7/12/17/22/27%. Cost: 100 mana Cool: 14 sec

E: Shields of Determination: Increases the armor and magic resist of you and nearby allies by 10/20/30/40/50% (+ 10% ap) for 1.5 sec. If you or an ally would cast another ability on any of them, refresh the duration and increase it by 1.5 sec. Increase the bonus by an additional 1/2/3/4/5%. Cost: 70 mana Cool: 10 sec

R: Nameless Monstrosity: Can be cast on either enemies or allies.

Enemy Cast: Deal 150/250/350 dmg and prevent allies from casting spells on the target for 1.5/3/4.5 sec.

Ally Cast: Remove all buffs on an ally and prevent you or your allies from buffing them for its duration. They get 20/60/100 (+30% ap) % bonus ap and ad. For each buff removed this way, increase the bonus by 5/10/15. Lasts 3/5/7 sec.

Cost: 140 mana Cool: 150/110/70 sec

This is completely broken. you can end up giving people waaaaaaaaay to much stats. A pure tank gaining more than a bf sword worth of ad doesn't sound fun.

Passive is basically Viegar's except it has to fetch the stat totals of whoever you just killed to determine what gets boosted and by how much every time you land a kill, which is bound to get wonky in practice.

Q gives a flat ad buff that dwarfs most first- to second-tier items while not only refreshing any existing buffs on them, but also increasing the bonus granted. I can see this being absolutely broken on certain combinations of champs and abilities.

W Gives ally a percentile AD boost that puts Rabadon's Deathcap to shame and a flat MS boost that's basically a second pair of Boots of Speed, which I'm fairly certain there's a reason why you can't buy that. And to top things off, these bonuses get even higher and get their duration refreshed as soon as anyone casts another buff on them. Again, the broken is strong with this one.

E ...to be honest, I think there already are abilities that boost MR by this much, but the scaling refresh thing is probably going to be a problem if they get a Soraka with Ardent Censer pocketing this guy.

R I'll be honest, the true damage and buff negation on an enemy actually does sound rather useful though people may cry foul over being able to shut down certain champion ultimates, but I don't think the ally effect was thought through. The ability to negate and prevent anyone else's buffs on a champion for any reason, even if it's to exchange it with a surprisingly disappointing flat AP/AD buff, is entirely counter-productive and trollish, especially if it counts the champ's own abilities as buffs. Master Yi ulting to go in for a pentakill? Here, let me replace that with an inferior boost to AD and AP in exchange for the mobility and slow resist you need to make the most of it. Lulu ulting someone to save their lives with bonus health? Nope, more AD and AP. Taric successfully ulted the team and made everyone invincible? Not that one guy over there with bonus AP and AD! Tryndamere's undying rage keeps him alive and fighting at 1 HP? You know what would be even more fun than that? MORE AP AND AD!!!

And just the fact that you are actively prevented from giving anyone anymore buffs while they're under this one just seems selfish and toxic; I realize you meant it in the name of balance, but in practice it's just like "Screw you team, I and only I hold the right to determine who gets what buffs as I and only I know what this team needs at any given moment, and it will only ever be more AP and AD, whether you like it or not."

All in all... yeah, this whole champ is just fundamentally broken. In addition to the absurd numbers, having ability buffs refresh and strengthen when another one is cast on them would be hard to balance as either they start off useless but only get stronger on a team with lots of ally-buffing abilities or start out strong but can get pushed into broken levels with a very support-heavy team.
