Melee

Passive - Territorial Imperative: Once every 60-30 seconds, enemy champions who enter brush around Anna will alert Anna to their presence.

  • Broad Axe: Anna swings her axe with both hands against a movement impaired enemy, dealing bonus true damage and slightly extending the crowed control effect. After, Anna becomes disarmed and silenced briefly as she wipes the blood from her axe.

Q - Hunting Hatchets - Passive: Anna collects stacks of Hunting Hatchets from enemy champions and large monsters she kills, up to 5. Each level of this ability decreases the maximum stacks she can have, at max it's reduced to 1, but in turn greatly increases the damage and effect.

  • First Cast: Anna slows and channels as she readies to throw an axe. The longer the channel the further the axe will be thrown.

  • Second Cast: Anna throws the axe in a target direction, dealing physical damage to the first enemy struck and reveals them for 3 seconds. At level 2 the axe applies Grievous Wound for 3 seconds. At level 3 the axe applies a slows for 3 seconds. At level 4 the axe applies Nearsight for 3 seconds. At level 5 the axe applies Dying to the first enemy hit, which Disarms and Silences the enemy for 3 seconds.

W - Heartbeat - Passive: Anna causes enemy champions close to Anna, who do not see her to hear a heartbeat. After 5 seconds of hearing the heart beat, if Anna appears within the enemy vision radius, they will Flee from Anna for 1-3 seconds.

  • Lullaby For The Dark - Toggle: Anna begins humming. Enemies around Anna have the vision reduced, but they do not lose shared vision with their allies. Enemies also have their critical strike chance reduced by 50%. Being dealt enough damage while humming will cause this ability to be toggled off and placed on a cooldown.

E - Jaws of the Beast: Anna lunges in a target direction, grabbing the first enemy champion in her path. Anna's movement speed is reduced and the enemy she grabbed is Dying and carried with Anna for 3 seconds. If Anna takes enough damage while carrying a champion she drops them and is briefly stunned.

R - Beast Of Prey: Anna becomes Camouflaged and can blink to the edge of the vision radius of an enemy champion within range.

Just get this clear, Anna's Q loses it's prior effect upon leveling up, right? Otherwise, that is WAAAAY too strong, especially for a primary damage and basic ability. Also, for the level 3 rank, we would need a number for the slow percentage because that could be a brutal chain cc ability for simply one ability. Aaaaand 3 seconds of silence and disarm is wicked strong, so lower that duration and it should be ok.

As for the rest of the kit and the concept, I adore it in a horrified way. Reading all of this, I could imagine my heart beating faster if I heard humming, a heartbeat, my vision lessen, being lunged at by a murderous bunny impersonator that carries me away to Demacia knows where.....!!! I seriously love it. There is some real good counter-play woven into her kit due to the strength of her abilities, so that is a great comfort and also pretty well implemented.

For the ult, I would try and find another way to interact with the environment, like maybe Anna camoflauges for 1.25 seconds and allows her to blink to a certain distance AWAY from a champion, then 5 Anna's will appear evenly around the target and charge the target. the duplicated dissipate after 1 second. Just something that keeps the idea of causing someone to scream in terror, but having a more reliable source of interaction.

I really love it. Wish I could play her.
