Rammus Recall Ideas

It's honestly very sad at the lack of animations he has available, one of which is amazing but never used. His Critical Attack.

Honestly speaking, who all actually remembered that Rammus has a Critical Attack animation? It's one of the coolest looking attack animations in the game, but there is about a 1% chance at best of anyone ever seeing it in game because Rammus is an AP Tank. Due to being an AP Tank there is no reason at all to ever touch crit items of any kind, the only time you'd ever see him use it is if someone puts a crit rune on him for that 1% chance of it happening.

By giving him the ability to use his Critical Attack in his recall people will at least be able to see it exists because right now it's an unused asset and a pretty awesome one at that. This would give Rammus something special over the other old champion recalls until the day he gets a VGU and an actual recall.
