Is this true?? according to a google search, various sites are saying firecracker jinx coming out on the 31st
however, i cant find a single thing on any official league page about any new skin for jinx, like at all. so maybe im just bad at searching ??

Her and the rest of the new skins are coming out in patch 5.2 during the lunar revel/Chinese new year around mid February
I don't know. I was wondering when also. But I see the skin showing up in League, during skin selection for Jinx, but it is unavailable to buy yet. I sure hope it does come out tomorrow.
She will most likely come out a few week before the Chinese new year/ lunar revel to get us ready for it. Not on that particular date. It's all in the marketing scheme. They preview her before so that the hype starts up and everyone is excited then they finally release her. Increases profit.
Pretty sure it will be February 3rd if all follows the way Riot does things.

Its normally a week before the event such as how Halloween get their skins 1 week before the actual Halloween date
so its should be the 12th when the skins come
