Mastery Tokens not given

Hello! So i been playing ranked exlusively. Im trying to get a lvl 7 Soraka and have been killin it... but no mastery tokens have been given to me when i get an S. my last game that i just played, i got an S and no token =( in the last 20 games i lost 4 and got s about 5 times but only gotten 2 tokens.

Are you getting a S, or S-? S- doesn't give 7 tokens

Make sure you are playing SR as well TT or HA don't give mastery 7 tokens
