Nazi Style LeaverBuster System + Poor Quality Servers = Unhappy Customers getting banned for riot

Forgive me if the term "nazi" is too offensive. but, it really is a VERY strict system which i actually like! in fact i think it should be more strict, like having a way to prevent trolls and feeders by reporting mid-game and getting them penalized immediately after the end of that game or at least having an easy option to block players so you never have to play with them again.

HOWEVER, riot servers lately are unable to keep up with the leaverbusters standards! I know the difference all too well between fps lag, network lag and how to tell if its on my end or their end (in this case riot's end), and processor lag which ive only experience a few times generally resulting in a crash or blue screen which is not the case here.

There are various problems im encountering personally, a few others i see other players are experiencing as well. I can't speak for them, but my lag is coming from RIOT.

explanation: while getting attempting to reconnect sign ingame, i can use curse voice, skype, surf the web, even play team fortress 2 on Steam. my network monitor shows approximately 1-2% usage, at the worst. which means i got plenty of my 30Mbps network speed to use up. meanwhile, league is still attempting to reconnect or giving me spotty connection thats just unplayable. minions are standing around attacking invisible enemies/minions (unless they are just practicing their aim down range). my champion has the animation you would have while standing still, while moving, so it looks like a monopoly peice being pushed around by an invisible hand on a boardgame. oh, btw let me tab out to go play some multiplayer TF2 while i wait to hear some sign of activity on league.

riot servers please fix. i like your leaver buster system but at least have servers that dont leave your customers fighting to just avoid a penalty. my last game i literally just spammed click for the last 20 minutes in my nexus so i wouldnt get an afk and told my team if i go out ill feed and make things worse for them. luckily the lag stopped for about 5 minutes which was enough for me to help my team make the last push of the game and get a win. but SHITAKI MUSHROOMS I WAS RAGING ALL GAME, which ill probably get a low priority queue or get chat restrict for.
