###EDIT: For those who are wondering, I only changed the colors of existing items only as a way to represent them of what they would look like in similarity. These items would not act as replacements.

Whats the purpose of the DoT scaling with attack speed? Why is the dmg adaptive if it only grants %armor pen? Maybe it should be %adaptive pen so AP champions can also use it.

Also "intoxicated" means you are drunk. just call it "toxic" instead.

Apparently Stormrazor doesn't make ADC's early game strong enough even though it already carries them after just a few minute of starting the match, so Riot had the ingenious idea to simply make them OP from the very beginning of the game by giving them permanent DoT on-hit.

Huh... This whole time I never thought of item 2015 being an arrowhead. I've always thought of it as a glass shank with electrical properties.

why would we need teemo but without any of the downsides like a lack of escapes and being squishy af?

This is really cool. I like how the poison duration actually scales DOWN with attack speed, meaning the damage is applied in a shorter amount of time, increasing your DPS even more as you build more attack speed to make it more like a normal on-hit item, and with that and the damage scaling with attack speed the damage goes up too. I would love for this to be in the game, but I would re-tune the duration reduction on both of the items, especially the final version, 0.90 is too high.

EDIT: The completed items On-Hit damage needs to be 15, otherwise you are losing 5 on-hit damage upon completion because Recurve Bow gives 15 and the attack speed scaling does not make up for it with the items own attack speed.

Yeah if this is true, it's a death sentence for Support Diversity. You're going to need heals/shields again. It's amazing how few steps ahead these guys can't think.

I like it, but the numbers seem a bit high to me.

Starting with the fact that if you have at least 70% bonus attack speed, the DoT becomes flat damage on hit.

Also, take a simple 3 items plus boots midgame build. item 3006 item 3153 item 3124 + this item That's 10 base + 35 boots + 25 botrk + 25-73 rageblade + 30 this item = 125-173 damage on hit. That's a lot of extra damage per auto, especially because it will be applied twice every other auto at full rageblade stax.

Then there's runes: Lethal Tempo or Hail of Blades alone would break this item. Then there's up to 20% from choosing precision, then another 18% from legends: alacrity.

Not mentioning the fact that champions can have their own attack speed bonuses. Ashe gets 20-40% from Q, Kog gets 15-35% passive from Q, Kai'sa gets 40-80% from E, Tristana gets 50-110% from Q.

Let's quickly redo the 3 item build to factor in a Kog'Maw with Lethal Tempo. Assuming full rageblade stax that's: 10 base + 35 boots + 25 botrk+ 73 rageblade + 30 this item + 35 q passive + 20 precision + 18 legends: alacrity + 110 lethal = 356 bonus damage on hit from this item alone.

Long story short, it is an interesting item, and I really like that it has a starter item version, but I think that it would be built on only a few champions because it would have to be broken on those champions to be viable for anyone else (Kog, Kai'sa, Ashe, etc.)

The problem with on hit items is that they tend to be incredibly stat checky. Even more so with Guinsoos enabling the stat check play style.
