People talk about Yorick skins and needing Yorick, Urgot, and other skins. This was an obvious jab at the fact that riot hasn't released any skins recently for them, and people want skins.
Perhaps people were actually hopeful of a new skin and are just angry at the OP for deceiving them? Idk, but it's kinda silly to me people took it seriously. Who knows. I could be wrong and the OP was being serious. In which case....why would anyone think a boat would be a new skin. I could see it as a "Definitely not Yorick" skin as he wears a boat as a costume or something, but even so.
