[CCOS Entry] - Valazear, The Sweet Facade

Hello everyone, so lately I have been experimenting with a concept in mind that I think would be a nice addition to League, it all started when i though "how cool would it be if we had a champion with really dark powers and personality but with a clashingly colorful appearance that gives out a false sense of safety?"

So I present to you Valazear, a Necromancer that raises the dead, but not in the traditional way of binding souls to corpses, but to bodies made of sweets, one could say a Necromancer Willy Wonka maybe?

As usual since I'm horrible at using balanced numbers I'll put Xs in their place unless I'm absolutely sure about the numbers I have in mind being balanced

Lore

Not many dare to sail to the shadow Isles, to most that is probably a death wish, but to Valazear, a mad candy maker from piltover, that sounded like an invitation to discover new ingredients for unique flavors

It took days, almost a month for Valazear to find a sailor as mad as him willing to sail him to the shadow Isles, soon they set sail and headed to the ruined land

No one ever heard of that ship again, and Valazear certainly doesn't remember how he got to the isles, last he remembers is blacking out in the middle of a storm, and once he woke up he found himself stranded on his destination, but he didn't care how he got there, he was on the Isles, that was Step One completed, now for Step Two, search the Isles

8 months passed, Valazear has found much more than he bargained for but was delighted none the less, 8 months ago he has heard the song of Death, a hum, a tune made by two voices, a soft feminine one and a demonic masculine one, the song has warped his already unstable mind after hearing it so many times, he began to feel the want to consume flesh, relish its savory taste as much as the sweet taste of his candy, he began to feel the want in harming others, and felt joy in fulfilling this wanting

In his explorations of the isles he found a vault underground with many dark treasures, one of these treasures he took with him after further inspection, It was The Necronomicon

The Valazear that wanted to make new innovative flavors to ingrave his legacy into history books was long gone, now he is a mad man that wants to rule the dead and draw helpless victims to become his next meal with colorful and sweet lies

Appearance

A tall slightly tanned man with silver-ish hair, dressed in a white sweater with horizontal red stripes, brown top hat, vest and pants, gumdrops decorating his pants, a red liqourice right shoe and a black liqourice left shoe, jagged teeth and royal blue eyes

Abilities

Passive - The Necronomicon Valazear grows in power as more lives are taken on the battle field, by completing 3 quests in any order he gains more AP

Quest 1 - participate in 4 takedowns Reward - gain 5% bonus AP permanently

Quest 2 - Score a multi-kill Reward - gain 10% Bonus AP permanently

Quest 3 - kill 200 Minions Reward - gain 15% bonus AP permanently

Q - Sweet Death Valazear lobs a sugar skull at the targeted area, causing it to explode dealing X magic Damage (+X% AP)

Enemies in the center of the explosion take full damage, enemies on the outer edges of the explosion take only 70% of the damage and are slowed for 1.75 seconds

W - Sticky situation Valazear sprays molten hot caramel in a line in front of him, slowing enemies in it and dealing X Physical damage (+X% AP) whenever they dash, flash or blink out of it

While standing in the caramel himself his Q Becomes Sticky Death wich has an independent cooldown

Q2 - Sticky Death Valazear lobs a caramel coated Sugar skull at the targeted area, Enemies hit take 70% of the damage regardless of which part of the explosion they are caught in, but enemies in the center are now stunned for 2.25s

E - Marching-Mallows Valazear stores the souls of nearby fallen ally minions (Max 4, prioritizing Cannon, then Melee then caster), on activation he reincarnates them as life forms made of Marshmallows

Marching-Mallows move faster and take 20% reduced physical damage but take 20% increased magic damage

R - Rise! Valazear has mastered the ultimate form of Necromancy over the 8 months he spent in the shadow Isles, raising forgotten gods of the past back from the abyss of decreation, Valazear creates a vessel out of molten chocolate for Camazotz, the Bat God

Camazotz has the same base stats as tibbers, and his damage scales with X% AP, while Camazotz is still alive Valazear has 5% Spell vamp, Nearby Marching-Mallows when Camazotz is summoned gain 20% of their HP as a Shield
