Wrenchy Crayon-Face - Master of having wires in his arm
Lore Born to a rather abusive father, Wrenchy always knew he was different than the other children. Passing his math tests reliably despite attending sub-standard public schools in the ghetto, Wrenchy was rapidly skipped ahead several grades and picked on by his classmates. One day, Wrenchy had a gun grafted to his arm. I know this seems excessive to a foreigner, but that's just because you guys don't understand the importance of gun culture in America.
Or Runeterra. Whatever.
Wielding what appears to be an uzi-flamethrower and some wrench he found, Wrenchy Crayon-Face joined the league of legends just before it was retconned. That was a mistake. Don't worry, though - he's released now. We just lost him for a bit.

Abilities
Passive: Self-Induced Blindness.
Where are Wrenchy's pupils? They're whited out! He's BLIND! With a weapon like that, though, does it even matter? When attacking an enemy, Wrenchy will spray wildly in a cone, hitting up to 3 additional targets due to general lack of perspective and a complete disregard of the consequences of his actions.
Q: Tighten Nut
Wrenchy uses his wrench to tighten a nut on his cannon, trying in vain to turn on the safety lock. This causes the cannon to backfire, damaging all enemies around Wrenchy and granting him the ability to attack while moving for 2 seconds. The catch? HE CAN'T STOP ATTACKING!!
W: Girdle Hurdle
Wrenchy pulls on his girdle, stretching it like a piece of elastic. After sufficient length has been achieved, Wrenchy lets loose and allows it to snap back into his chubby lower-back with such force that it propels him forward a short distance. Enemies he lands on are smothered and generally frustrated. Dammit, Wrenchy, why don't you understand boundaries?!
E: Spanner Fanner (more rhymes!)
Wrenchy swings his wrench like a ceiling fan, whirring and whirring as he moves. Functioning as a wall, all enemy projectiles are blocked in truly overpowered/frustrating fashion. Additionally, enemies who are caught in the spin take damage. And Wrenchy can attack while spinning. And also he gains 50% max HP. Can we add some kind of untargetable effect?
R: Is actually a Robot!
Wrenchy throws of his yucky, sweaty, fleshy outer shell; revealing himself as a bot. Or should I say... HERself. Fembot Wrenchy prowls through the battlefield, taunting all male champions with her lustrous body form. Additionally, she gains 10 MS because she feels great after losing all that weight.
...I'm sorry.
It's a genuinely good drawing. :P
