Why not make businuess and frat house skin lines?

We already have the gentlemen skins and Graham's esq., as well as brolaf, why not?

I mean this is where we could put in skins like wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man illaoi and car salesman kench. And for the frat house line, we could put something like freshman ezreal or party animal rengar.
