There's only 4 Traditional Skins, why not have more?

What if there was an added legacy skin line of Traditional skins based on the concept designs?

What do I mean? Lets use Kalista for example.

In this picture you see concepts of what Kalista could've been before her release. So why not have a skin line based on those concepts? Like the one where she is wearing a helm.

Idk this is just a suggestion because I've seen some concept designs that Riot has made where I wished it was a skin because it looked nice. :P

Because riot decided it was too expensive and not all the reworks fit the original skin. They stopped at trundle. The traditional skin is the pre rework champ

With the exception of Lee Sin, all Traditional skins were made because Riot Visually changed the Champion so drastically. They have since stopped making these skins to go along with reworks as they believe the payoff wasn't worth the effort. So if anyone would get a Traditional skin, it would be someone like Galio or Sion.

Traditional Lee Sin in particular was I believe his appearance for most of his development and when they released him they released it alongside as a skin and homage to his inspiration, Bruce Lee.

I don't think they'll make Traditional skins ever again, at least not in the same sense, but I really like what happened to Sejuani's Traditional skin. They've turned it into a snapshot of a different time in her life, which is really cool. I'd love to see more lore-related skins like Captain Fortune, Captain GP, Pre-Void Kassadin, etc.
