Raichi-fu is a ninja that embodies the most powerful forces in nature: Lightning Earth and Wind He uses them as his weapon and shield. His three basic spells offer damage in the vein of the element he is using and revitalize him. As he is a ninja, he uses energy. His role is that of an AP caster. His unique passive allows him to take extraordinary amount of burst and poke, but sustained damage will easily kill him, especially at later points in the game. He can deal all three types of damage but benefits more from using the type of damage he is currently attuned to.

Passive: Raichi-fu starts with 100 health and has a 15 hp per lvl factor. Additionally, he has 3 shields that each absorb 450+80/lvl physical, magical, or true damage. The shields regenerate at a constant 6+0.5/lvl per second. Healing effects from other champions on Raichi'fu replenish the shield he is currently attuned to (does not include healing from Lifesteal and Spell Vamp; these do nothing for Raichi-fu). Bonus health increases each shield's maximum amount by one-third instead of increasing his actual health.

Q: Strength of the Earth Raichi-fu slams the ground around him, dealing 80/125/170/215/260+0.6AP physical damage to all nearby enemies. If he hits at least 4 targets, he gains energy and is Attuned to Earth.

Earth Attuned- Raichi-fu's physical damage shield is increased by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3 seconds. Raichi-fu also deals 10/15/20/25/30+0.2AP bonus physical damage on-hit to champions. His physical damage shield is replenished for 50% of the on-hit damage dealt each basic attack. Cannot be Attuned more than once every 45 seconds.

W: Roar of the Winds Raichi-fu slices a line in front of him (going out) and then pushing targets perpendicular to that line. Targets further away are pushed more. Targets in melee ranged are not pushed at all. All targets take 90/130/170/210/250+0.4AP magic damage. If he hits at least 6 targets, Roar of the Wind's cooldown is reduced by 10/15/20/25/30% and is Attuned to Wind.

Wind Attuned- Raichi-fu's magical damage shield becomes a spellshield, negating the next spell hit. Raichi-fu deals 10/15/20/25/30+0.2AP magic damage to all nearby enemies every second for 10 seconds. Cannot be Attuned more than once every 45 seconds.

E: Violence of the Storm Raichi-fu calls down a storm of lightning that hits after a brief delay. If it hits an enemy champion, it deals 60/90/120/150/180+0.2AP true damage and stuns them for 0.8/1.0/1.2/1.6/1.8 seconds. If he hits at least 3 enemy champions, he becomes Attuned to Lightning.

Lightning Attuned- Raichi-fu becomes immune to all forms of true damage for 3 seconds. 18/27/36/45/54% of his true damage shield is lost and converted into bonus damage on basic attacks and spells for the duration at a one-third rate. Cannot be Attuned more than once every 45 seconds.

R: Avatar of Nature Passive: Reduces Attunement cooldown by 10/20/30 seconds. Active: Raichi-fu calls upon the fury of the elements. Crashing lightning, split earth, and howling winds signal to the enemy target that they have been selected as the target of his wrath. One second after this warning, the earth cracks open, knocking up enemies for 1.5 seconds in the initial location of the target, dealing 10/14/18% current health physical damage. One second later, winds slow the target, dealing 100/200/300+1.0AP magic damage per second for 2 seconds. Half damage versus targets running away from Raichi-fu. At the end of the duration, Lightning crashes down at the target's location, dealing 25/35/45% missing health true damage to all targets in the very small area. For the duration of the spell, Raichi-fu becomes attuned independent of the cooldown during each phase.

Playstyle, Strengths, and Weaknesses: Raichi-fu excels at aoe damage and dealing with enemies no matter their defenses. He enjoys waveclearing minions in lane so he can replenish his physical damage shield. As he is melee, he takes a lot of abuse top lane. This makes him hard to kill for primarily physical champion early on, even if ranged when he is Earth Attuned. Magic damage champions like mages still have a bit of trouble since their harass does not reduce his magic damage shield. However, he has no way to replenish his magic damage shield effectively and thus suffers from sustained magic harass. Raichi-fu can cleverly spellshield a key spell like an ultimate and should always be wary when committing. However, as his Attunements all share a cooldown of 45 seconds at lvl 1, using a spellshield prevents him from benefiting from the bonus damage afforded by Q and E attunements. Thus, even if he manages to block a trivial spell, he is still overall weaker than the raw damage. Using that to your advantage will help you win allin attacks. True damage is rare, and when it is present, it gives extra security in kills. His true damage shield negates most of this security if not lowered frequently. However, in order to attain maximum fighting potential, he must sacrifice most of his true damage shield. Waiting for this opportunity will drastically increase the ability to secure kills with true damage.

Mixed damage champions do poorly against Raichi-fu if they build to deal maximum mixed damage. However, building consistently into magic or physical damage will mitigate most if not all of this strength. Thus, it is more imperative than normal to plan your build when fighting Raichi-fu

Raichi-fu is melee and has no mobility. He can easily caught out or defeated by sustained dps in a teamfight. His strong initiation can make or break a teamfight, and his soften-execute ultimate can turn a teamfight even when behind. Raichi-fu benefits from items and teammates who can help him stay in melee range to deal damage. Champions that make his ultimate moot, like Janna, Wukong, Nami, and Thresh, will greatly hinder his ability to contribute to a teamfight more so than other champions'.
