[CHAMP CONCEPT] Jyun, the Stormcaller

• Jyun, the Stormcaller PRIMARY: Mage/SECONDARY: Assassin
APPEARANCE: Jyun looks VERY similar to the image above, only difference is that he has slightly different hair and an Asian/Ionian look about him.
**This is the FOURTH and FINAL version of Jyun's skillset. He had originally many unpublished skillsets of which have been reworked multiple times. I have FINALLY settled on one of which I think is the best of them.
OVERVIEW: Jyun is designed to be more and more dangerous the lower on health he is. He has a high risk and high reward based gameplay. His long range abilities help him during the laning phase and even late game, but to unleash his full potential, risky plays and decisions must be made that if executed correctly, would be devastating for the enemy team.

http://wow.zamimg.com/images/wow/icons/large/spell_shaman_staticshock.jpg Passive: Stormcaller- Jyun uses up to 5 special shock-plates which he can move around to control and direct his lightning. When not being used, they orbit him, granting him 3 bonus armour and magic resistance per plate he has. Jyun initially has two plates, but gains one more for every 25% of health he is missing for a maximum of three additional plates at missing 75% health. Additionally, damaging an enemy causes energy to arc to one nearby enemy dealing a quarter of the initial attack's damage.
NOTES: This is what makes Jyun more notorious the lower on health he is. It also interacts with one of his skills.

The electricity arcs in slightly different directions depending on how many plates Jyun has.

While converging, the energy bolts deal 45/65/85/105/125 (+30% AP) to enemies they pass through. When at the area, the orbs spin around in a circular motion and stay there for 16/18/20 seconds, providing vision. These orbs lock onto enemies that walk too close do them and deal 40/80/120/160/200 (+20% AP) individually, applying a stack of Stormcaller. Enemies can be hit by up to three orbs. Enemies take 70% reduced damage from orbs after the first and are stunned for 1.25 seconds if three orbs hit them. Orbs will prioritize enemy champions and Shock Beacons. (maximum of 278 +60% AP damage)

The initial blast deals 60/90/120/150/180 (+30% AP) (+10% of Jyun’s missing health) to enemies in each lightning bolts area. These beacons can be interacted with by his other skills. If three Shatterbolts lock onto these beacons instead, then they stun enemies for 1.5 seconds in an area around the beacon. If Lightning Strike hits a beacon, more lightning will arc between each beacon, dealing the same damage to enemies caught within it. Additionally, Jyun can choose to also dash to a beacon, slowing but not damaging enemies in the beacon area by 70%, decaying over 2 seconds.

Jyun can empower these charges with Electrons by using abilities that hit enemies, stacking up to 8 times. • Every stack makes Jyun’s skills deal 1% bonus damage. The eighth and final stack does not add damage but converts the bonus damage into true damage. At below 40% health, Jyun gains stacks at twice the rate. ACTIVE: Upon activation, Jyun roots and surrounds himself with a pulsating field of electricity for 6 seconds, emanating a pulse every second that deals 30/60/90 (+10% AP) to enemies caught within it. Additionally, the 4 lightning charge orbs orbit Jyun and are able to be fired off one by one to a location, and strikes instantly in a line after a 0.2 second delay dealing 95/130/165 (+20% AP) damage to enemies it pierces. This skill consumes all Electron stacks but the orbs retain the damage bonus from the time the skill was activated. This can be cancelled by moving.

LORE: When Jyun was a child, unlike many other Ionian children, he was not overly obsessed with the art called wuju, or the tales of a cosmic being or even the lone wanderer who controlled the winds... No, Jyun was different, he was instead locked in fascination by the wonders of the Tempest Flats. It was an area plagued by stormy clouds and weather, and it was a plateau no one would have dared venture into as it was said to unleash electrifying storms so powerful that one would be blown away and likely be injured the moment they step foot onto the lands. Every week he would read scrolls about the hidden temple in the flats that was said to contain a special energy that would have to be controlled by an ancient art called "Ikazumasuta", meaning "Lightning Master".
Jyun was a knowledgeable and intelligent boy, but even so thought that this power was real, and he hoped that he would one day control it and unlock the secrets and knowledge that the energy contained and also discover the temple in hopes to learn of its creator or creators. His friends questioned many times- "Why does Jyun want to do this?", over and over he replied, for our history and knowledge, but secretly, Jyun had read that the energy contained enough power to wipe out citites, and he hoped to control and contain it so it could not be accessed by the wrong hands.
Practicing Ikazumasuta every night from his discovery of the Tempest Flats, Jyun finally mastered it as he turned 20, and then, sneaking out one night, set off for the Tempest Flats. Jyun reached the flats and upon stepping foot in the stormy ground, he was almost unaffected, his training had made him tougher and stronger. Walking for hours, lightning bolts literally striking at his heels, Jyun finally saw the temple and went inside, admiring the space given to walk but also the inscriptions and art carved everywhere. At first, silence, but suddenly a massive streak of blue energy crackled across the damp temple walls and formed into a shaped orb of energy, orbiting the center of the temple of which lay a large pedestal. Creeping past the dead bones of the temple's previous inhabitants, he set both feet on the pedestal, which seemingly triggered a chain reaction of energy sparking of from what looked to be like all directions Jyun looked. Then, all the energy converged on him...
Eventually Jyun woke, lightning crackling from his hands, he had been pulled out from the temple and he found himself lying on a hill, under a tree. In his hand, was a paper message with the words- "Go to the League- The Wanderer"
