Bring Back Omen!
Please Riot, I would love to see this guy in game. I don't know why you ever cancelled him.

There were at least 2 big problems with Omen: 1.His design was a bit confusing. With spikes and claws like that it was difficult to tell if he was a melee or ranged champion
2.His identity was lacking.
Look at the champion roster.Pretty much 99% of the champions have unique thematical archetype(s) that no one shares with them.Illaoi is a priestess,Azir is an emporer/Ra-expy/sand-mage,Ekko is a time-traveler/street-punk,Singed is a chemist,kha'zix is a mantis/evolving monster,etc.
The only exceptions I can kinda think of are the ninjas and evelynn to some extent,but even those have their unique aspects(and eve will be reworked eventually).
What would be omens unique thing?
That he has spikes on his body?
That he has a huge grin?
That he actually acts like an animal?
That he walks on 4 legs?(no champ always walks on 4,but some walk on even more legs
,while others walk occasionally on 4 
)
There simply isn't much outstanding about him,he'd need to be reworked to get something unique going on.
