Bagpipes Urgot

Playing on the Rift on New Years Eve thinking of Aulde Lang Syne, I couldn't help but think this. I know Bagpipes Urgot was suggested a few years ago - but looking at the weird little champion, I think it really needs to be done. I mean, imagine a set of bagpipes running around the Rift. (It doesn't have to be a Scotsman in a kilt - at least a cartoonish set of walking bagpipes.)
