Riot is it fair?

Is it fair that i payed freaking 1820 rp (20 bucks) on a skin that is outdated and equals to 975rp in todays standard?!

I cant never get an answer, i have old legendary skins that i brough some years ago but i feel betrayed. champs are being reworked, 520/750/975rp skins get new visuals and textures, yet 1820 rp skins are not getting new particles.. which is absurd in my opinion.

And the fact that my threads keeps getting deleted is childish, i cant see an option to get a red response... come on.

Where is a little of justice? and look im not trolling im just trying to get some communication...

Please i need an answer so i wont feel its just a rip off.

I actually have a lot of 1820 skins, some of the older ones do really need justice. Demonblade trynd comes to mind :l

RIght? The most ridiculous thing is these people who dont own these skins come here and talk shit just to justify a fallacious point.

If they had these skins like we have they would feel the same...

I cant believe Riot will let our legendary skins get by like that its just too unethical... one can only hope though =(

I have to disagree with you here. I DO in fact own Demonblade Trynd and some other out-dated skins which have a higher cost. Do I feel like I've been ripped off? Nope. It's not just texture/model changes that make a skin elevated. They still have particle effects which are unlike their classic or even other skins, as well as different VOs and animations. They put a lot of effort into all of that, and are not obligated to revamp their work for free when they meet the qualifications for a legendary skin.

If you keep posting this here, then yes it is going to be deleted. This section is for champion and skin concepts created by the community. Try posting this in the Miscellaneous.

As for your actual content, you aren't really being cheated to be honest. You enjoyed the skin when you bought it right? If it needs to be updated it will be updated, but Riot has a lot on their plate right now and while Skin particle updates are important there are still more important things that need fixing.

Yes, you chose to buy the skin. Now if they destroyed it after you bought it you would have a case

So arent they overcharging the skins based on their new standard??? you dont really seems to get the point. I bought them long ago thats true however they are still being sold in these prices with the lacking quality of todays 1820 rp standard

There might actually be hope, they updated an 1820 tristana skin. If they start doing VU's to champions like Cho'gath then the ultimate skins will be remade for sure!

Legendary.

It's still not Legendary quality though. All they did was add new watery visual effects to Firefighter Trist, which basically makes it worth at least 1350. If they had gone the extra mile and given her new voice over lines and such for that specific skin, then it would be worth the standards of Legendary skins. So not all of them get the full quality they deserve.

They didn't even make Heimeir's legendary skin all that different in his VU either.

That Heim is a 1350 skin, and also, some update to and old 1820 is better than no update..
