@Riot, why does Kassadin Q cancels my Sol`s passive (im not talking about W), is that normal?

I was just wondering, i was in this game as Sol vs Kass and he kept Q me and i realized hes cancelling my passive!, now i know kassadin Q interrupts channeling but i though Sol`s passive wasnt a channel skill?

can someone clarify that to me? thanks.

if thats the case so kassadin basically shuts down almost my entire kit with Q alone, (meaning passive, W, and E) which is pretty bullshit...

Because it's considered a channel in a way.

Stuns and CC interrupt it just like other channels.

And Kassadin's Q interrupts channeled abilities.

And Aurelion's stars are part of his passive abilities.

Because it's actually a <0.1s silence, so it causes Sol's passive to "reset".

Unless you mean something else, then we have a Khazix .

Kass q works as a silence, so its going to silence your passive for the duration which isnt very long

Yeah, as Joxcab said, and contrary to what you thought, Sol's passive is a channeled skill.

Kassadin Q is a very short duration silence, and silence interrupts AurelionSol passive.

But it only disrupts it for a moment, right?

Kassadin is one of Aurelion's greatest counters. He can cancel your W every 9 seconds (without CDR)

The enemy team has already won if you are Asol Vs Kassadin no matter what, You are an immobile MAGE with no DEFENSIVE tools.

Everyone shuts down Sol' entire kit. His design is shit, centered solely around group play and damage, rather than fun or viability for most players.

PS: Your complaint is pointless anyway. He already blinks where your stars can't hit him.
