Then when i confronted him about being banned, he told me good luck i have 4 more accounts that youll have to deal with, detective cho then proceded to laugh until we lost the game
Submit a support ticket with the account's summoner name. Riot will track that player across every one of their accounts and ban them all.
They've done it before. It's so good to see worthless little shits like that get smited.
They can't tell you if they've done it, but at least you will know you did all you could.
He will never get banned but if u flame him you will. That's Riot's logic, sad.
Unfortunately, due to the F2P nature of the game, it's much easier for a troll to accomplish what the Tahm was threatening.
But there are these people in the world that would waste large amounts of their own time just so they could waste a fraction of someone else's. It's almost a compliment, since they would need to consider other people's time more valuable than their own to get enjoyment out of it.

And? wow. And..... this guy needs punished, but RIOTS system is not good at catching troll behavior and/or passive aggressive jerks. "Never" might as well be practically a VERY LONG TIME, and in RIOTS universe, this type of behavior is close to never because of the difficulty and man hours required to catch these people.
Maybe RIOT needs to hire/contract people to work at home to help catch these fringe cases. Or Tribunal version 2.
There's actually a Tahm Kench/Anivia duo that goes around int'ing and trolling teammates for whole games to the point where he has 0% winrate with him. This account is responsible for having a 100% winrate with Mastery Yi. While Riot is flawed, it's not really them. It's the players that are total pricks. While most players I've seen are respectable and actually play the game like normal, there are those mounds of shit in our field of flowers that completely ruin the experience of our games. While I can't really say anything to help you, what I can do is say: stay tough. He'll eventually fuck up and get his accounts permabanned, or he'll change his ways and stop. Unfortunately, all we can really do is hope.
