Slayers VS Zombies
Let's admit it, the Slayers and Zombie skins have been the very best of all the Halloween skins in League's history!
And seeing how Riot was willing to experiment with VS events for holidays (hello Cats VS Dogs.... who won that btw?), I think this could create a perfect opportunity to bring these skin lines back.
They could give us the choice to either side with the undead or the survivors, maybe even with cinematics (Warwicks teaser has proven that Riot can do some pretty scary videos), depending on which side is represented more, the survivors of the Zombie apocalypse can either get a happy end by finding a cure for the disease or they get caught and end up as zombies in the story as well.
They could add a game mode, maybe a bit of hide and seek like the Bloodmoon mode. A team of survivors has to fight zombies and survive for a specific time. Everyone who gets killed by the zombies then takes control of a zombie himself (basically he got infected).
Now, the most important part of course is which skins we should add to the skin lines. I hope to read alot of suggestions here, my personal choices would be:
