I want to know more about H.I.V.E.

There was a champion concept, which Riot cancelled and reworked the idea into the champions Camille and Kai'Sa, this champion was Husk, the H.I.V.E. commander. https://cdna.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/012/624/100/large/michael-maurino-husk-1.jpg?1535689110

It is pretty obvious that Husk will never get implemented now (GOD DAMN IT!), but I still think that expanding on H.I.V.E. would be great... First mentioned in Twitch' colour story, we had no information about H.I.V.E. whatsoever except the name. With the details to this champion concept, it seems that it is a team of mercenaries in Zaun. And the team seems to consist of chemtech augmented soldiers with insect designs, like Husk was clearly designed after a wasp.

This has so much potential for me, I hope they can use this story hook again. A bunch of chemtech insect badasses in Zaun would be amazing to read about. Also, what do the letters H.I.V.E. stand for?

I want to know more about all this, don't just let it die, Riot! Stop denying their existence!

I don't think HIVE is Zaunian. I think they were supposed to be Piltover based. It doesn't make a lot of sense that their tag line is "Enforcing Progress" in Zaun, when Piltover is known as the city of progress. This is further reinforced by Camille's pretty much embodiment of that concept.

I would say HIVE is pretty much a dead concept now, and that Twitch's color story is severely outdate and obsolete. I mean, just look at the Awaken video - Camille is leading a small army of soldiers to take down Jhin, and they're armed similarly to Husk here. I think they've basically transposed HIVE onto House Ferros.

Additionally, DC comics has a criminal organization called H.I.V.E., which is an intergalactic, highly technological crime ring with a bee theme, run by Zazzala, otherwise known as Queen Bee. There's a strong possibility that Riot realized they may be stepping into a copyright mess if they pursued or actualized their own H.I.V.E. organization with bug themed characters.

Okay so heres some ideas.

Chetech Augmented soliders, with Insect designs. Lets rip off from Terraformers.

Get a guy who has Chemtech+BulletAnt genes. A guy who uses his fists, but a heavy hitter, think something like a mix of Singed and Vi. Can use poison around him at close range, but punches fast and hard.

Honestly I've always wanted any kind of jetpack champion. I had this old concept that Lucian ended up feeling similar to of a champion that functioned like the Reapers in Starcraft, jumping around and throwing bombs and shit with twin pistols. Definitely more of a private idea but I digress, this kind of thematic is pretty missing in League.

Imagine some shit like a SMITE style ultimate where you go into the sky and fire down hextech weaponry at people while hopping over walls with booster jumps as core gameplay. That kind of niche would be an awesome role for a Marksman.

Would be cool if they focused on a bee like champion. Maybe Shuriman honey bees which have evolved in very crazy ways to be able to survive the rough desert.
