Chillbert, the Snowballer

Chillbert is a ranged marksman that throws snowballs to maim enemies.


Passive: Frostburn- Chillbert's basic attacks deal 10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50(+10% AD)(+10% AP) bonus magic damage on hit and then 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10(+1% AD)(+1% AP) bonus magic damage every second for 4 seconds. The damage over time stacks up to 7 times.


Q: Snowball Stash- Chillbert creates a stash of snowballs at a nearby location, giving him 20/25/30/35/40% increased attack speed while near it. If Chillbert steps on the stash of snowballs, he will gain 60/75/90/105/120% increased attack speed for 2.5 seconds. The snowball stash lasts for 3 minutes and 2 charges of this ability can be stored at a time. Cost: 40 mana Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 seconds Range/Radius: 800/800


W: Snow Fort- Chillbert creates a snow fort at a nearby location for 20 seconds that blocks all enemy projectiles. The snow fort loses 5% of its maximum health each second, and has 350/500/650/800/950(+25% of Chillbert's Max Health) health. This can be passed through, but it will block enemies on the other side of the fort from seeing allies directly behind the fort. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Cooldown: 40/35/30/25/20 seconds Range/Length: 450/525


E: Icicles- Chillbert causes icicles to erupt from enemies affected by Frostburn, dealing 15/25/35/45/55(+12.5% AD)(+15% AP) magic damage per stack and slowing enemies hit by 5/6/7/8/9% for each stack. If they have all 7 stacks on them, they will be stunned instead. The slow/stun duration is 2 seconds. Cost: 80 mana Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Range: 1400


Ultimate: Frozen Winds- Chillbert sends out frozen winds, dealing 150/250/350(+120% AP) magic damage to enemies hit and knocking them back. After the knockback, enemies hit are also stunned for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds. Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds Range: 700

On a Thematic basis: "Chillbert" is too funny. I think this is the route Nunu could've gone if Willump didn't step in.

On a Mechanic basis: There's a lot of interesting implications going on. The numbers overall are a bit concerning, although the Ultimate is pretty well put together as far as AP goes. The scaling on all the other abilities concern me though, they're all very small, whether they be AD or AP. I think you may have meant them as 125 AD for 12.5% AD, and so on, but as is its insanely weak.

A great deal of his kit is utility, which isn't a typical thing for Marksmen, but gives a good amount of control to them. Although, I would be careful about the CC and utility in the kit. It honestly sounds more like a support than a Marksmen in a lot of ways.
