Passive - Thorn's Embrace: When Zyra kills an enemy champion, they form a Death Bud, which can be attacked and destroyed in 5 ranged attacks, 3 melee attacks, once from a tower. If Zyra is reduced to 1 health near, or casts Garden of Thorns on, a Death Bud, it will open into a Death Blossom, destroying Zyra's current body and rooting her at the location of the Death Blossom for 8 seconds. While the Death Blossom is active, Zyra become untargetable, rooted, and all her abilities become Vengeful Thorn. If Zyra kills an enemy champion while the Death Blossom is active she will heal for a large amount of health, if she doesn't she will return to her previous form, with her previous health at the Death Blossom's location.

  • Vengeful Thorn: Zyra fires a single piercing thorn in the target direction, dealing true damage to all enemies it passes through, which is increased based on the enemy's missing health. While the Death Blossom is active, an indicator will surround enemy champions who would die from Vengeful Thorn.

Q - Deadly Spines: Zyra sprouts a thorny wall of spines at the target location that appear after a brief delay, dealing magic damage to all enemies it hits are it sprouts, and lasting 8 seconds. The center line acts as terrain, creating an thorny area around the wall. Enemies in the thorns are deals magic damage and grounded as they walk through the thorns. If Deadly Spines hits a Seed, it sprouts into a Thorn Spitter, which remains as long as the wall is active. The wall can be attacked and destroyed, 5 ranged attacks, 3 melee, or 1 tower. If the wall is destroyed, recasting Deadly Spines will not summon a new wall for 60/45/30 seconds, but it will still deal damage and turn seeds into Thorn Spitters, which could now be attacked individually.

  • Thorn Spitters: Thorn Spitters are ranged and deal magic damage with each of their basic attacks, with their attack speed scaling with Zyra's ability power and attack speed. When Enraged their attack speed doubles and removes their attack speed cap, which decays over 8 seconds.

W - Rampant Growth - Passive: Zyra periodically stores a Seed, up to 2.

  • Garden of Thorns - Active: Zyra plants a Seed at the target location, which lasts for 60 seconds. After 1.5 seconds, enemies can destroy Seeds by stepping on them, but doing so deals a small amount of magic damage to them over 2 seconds, while taking damage they are revealed. If Zyra damages them with her other abilities in the 2 seconds, they will be disarmed for 1 second and the damage duration will be replenished.

  • Death Blooms: If Zyra plants 5 seeds on top of each other, they will form a Death Bud. Only one Death bud can be active at once.

E - Grasping Roots: Zyra sends a surge of vines in the target direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit and rooting them for a short duration. If Grasping Roots hits a Seed, it sprouts into a Vine Lasher, which remains on the battlefield for 8 seconds.

  • Vine Lasher: Vine Lashers are melee and deal physical damage with each of their basic attacks, they apply on hit effects, as well as slowing enemy champions with their first attack against them. When Enraged they attack twice with every basic attack, applying on hit effects twice and doubling their slow's power and duration. While enraged they heal themselves for half the damage they deal.

R - Rise of Thorns - Passive: When activating a Death Blossom, it automatically activates Stranglethorns at the Death Blossom's location, but at half the size and damage of Stranglethorns.

  • Stranglethorns - Active: Zyra summons a monstrous thicket at the target location, dealing magic damage to all enemies in the area as it expands. After 2 seconds, the vines snap upward, knocking up all enemies caught in the thicket for 1 second. Plants hit by the thicket are enraged, increasing their maximum health by 50%, and resetting their duration.

If Zyra is reduced to 1 health near, or casts Garden of Thorns on, a Death Bud, it will open into a Death Blossom, destroying Zyra's current body and rooting her at the location of the Death Blossom for 8 seconds

This sounds like something that could potentially kill Zyra by accident. I understand that you want to bring her old passive back in some way, but why can't Death Blossom just shoot something by itself, without teleporting Zyra there?

The center line acts as terrain, creating an thorny area around the wall

I don't really understand how is this wall positioned and its length, but usually creating walls is quite strong by itself. Anivia has it on her W and it does literally nothing else

Vine Lasher: Thorn Spitters are melee and deal physical damage with each of their basic attacks, they apply on hit effects, as well as slowing enemy champions with their first attack against them

You already overcomplicated her passive, Q and W. Is there really a need for her E plants to proc on-hits and lifesteal?

Overall, I don't really understand the problem you were trying to solve with this
