[Champion Concept] Corona, the Voice of Disaster

#Character Originally daugheter of the rich Aurora family from Zaun, now a thief in Piltover. Wears a special suit, Overdrive, that lets her control vibrations and sound waves. Used to work with Vi before going rogue and heading to Piltover.
#Role AP assassin. Counter against combo and poke reliant champions. Weak against sustained fights and auto-attack reliant champions. Focuses on silencing her targets and forcing them to avoid using skills blindly.
#Passive ##Voice Thief (1500 range) Whenever a nearby enemy champion cast a spell or is silenced, they take 6-40(+5% AP) magic damage and gain a stack of Dissonance for 4 seconds (once per spell). At 4 stacks, (Jhin approves) Dissonance is consumed to afflicted Voice Thief on the enemy champion. The champion cannot gain any more stacks for the next 10 seconds.
Voice Thief: Steals 45-300 mana from the enemy champion, deals 45-300(+50% AP) magic damage and silences them for 1 second.

Vibrating the air around her palm, Corona dashes a short distance and stabs the target enemy with her hand, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+60% AP) magic damage and applying on-hit effects. Silencing an enemy champion resets Hand Sonics cooldown
#W ##Distortion (10 sec cd)
Passive: Corona distorts the space around her by constantly vibrating it, taking 6/7/8/9/10% less damage from projectiles. This is increased to 9/10.5/12/13.5/15% while Corona is standing still.
Active: Corona gains a shield of 80/115/150/185/220 (+70% AP) for 4 seconds. If the shield is broken, it sends out a shock wave to nearby enemies, slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% and silencing them for 1.5 seconds.
#E ##Delay (800 range)(20/18/16/14/12 sec cd) Corona ripples the air around her causing a delay in light. She chooses a nearby location. After 1 second, Corona will teleport towards that location regardless, dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+80% AP) to nearby enemies.
Note: Enemies will know if Corona casts Delay but do not know the targeted location. Corona will appear at the location regardless of anything, even hard cc or statis (can be bad with Kalista or Tahm as teammates)
#R ##Howling (500 radius) Corona unleashes a barrage of powerful sound waves around her for 2.5 seconds, losing the ability to cast spells and is slowed by 20% but dealing 40/70/100 (+20% AP) magic damage around her every 0.5 seconds (total of 200/350/500 (+100% AP) magic damage). Enemies hit for the first time are silenced for 0.5 seconds.

August 21 XX19 Dear diary. My name is Corona Aurora and I am 10 years old today. Every day on my birthday, if I've been a good girl, my daddy lets me choose one present for myself. Well this year I decided to get a voice diary, so I can finally have someone to talk to. It gets lonely having no one to play with in this room. Daddy never plays with me or lets me go out of the house. He says my mommy was a cheap, bad woman and i was a mistake. It that true? I dont understand. I try my best to make him happy but he never listens to me. No one does. Not daddy, not the maid and not daddys friends that hurt me during the night. Why does nobody ever listen to me? I'm glad i now have you to talk to now, diary.
May 15 XX20 Dear diary. Today i finally did it! i got daddy to talk with me! Sure, he was angry and shouted and hit me, but its ok. Finally I had his attention! Would you like to know my secret? How I did it? It was simple! All i did was sneak into his rooms while the maid wasn't looking and stole some papers i found on his desk! Daddy says those were important papers and I will not be given any food until i confess where i hid them. But none of that matters! Daddy is actually listening to what i say now. I'll never tell him i burned the papers in the fire. Never.
June 03 XX25 Welp, i guess this is it for me. I went to far this time. Some friends of dad came over with this BEAUTIFUL suit and i just had to wear it! Dad hasnt bought me anything, let alone clothes, since I keep stealing all his stuff. It makes him furious. Not like i care though he can be angry all he wants. But this time it seems the suit was really important, some sort of "technological breakthrough" or something. Hes been screaming at my room door telling me hes gonna kill me, and by the tone of his voice he probably is. Whats so important about this piece of junk anyways?
September 11 XX35 Hey, is this thing still working? I cant believe it, its been what, 10 years since i thrashed this place. Who would of though a tiny voice diary could survive that fire. Well, hey there old me, hows it going? I guess a lot has change since the last time I was here. Remember the suit I stole from the old man? Turns out its called the Overdrive and it lets me like, control sound and steal peoples voice and stuff. Pretty neat, huh? especially for a thief like me. Anyways, I thought Id stop by home, or whats left of it, before I left this shitty town for good. Yep, goodbye smelly streets Zaun, hello the rich streets of Piltover! I wonder what i can get my hands on over there? Speaking of which, Vi is gonna be SO furious when she finds out what i did. Welp, i should probably get going before she does. Bye!
