A champion idea for Rito to Consider. Please offer CONSTRUCTIVE Criticism. Do not troll. Melee Fighter Passive: The area affected by Jaren’s abilities turns into Frozen Ground. On Frozen ground allies have increased movement speed and enemies have reduced movement speed by 2% (Increases by 1% per level i.e. it would be 20% at level 18). Frozen ground last a minute long. Q: Passive: While on Frozen ground the range of allies abilities is increased by 20% Active: Throws a snowball at a target enemy, dealing 50 (100% of AP) magic damage to the enemy and 25 (125% of AP) area damage to nearby enemies. W: Passive: Enemies are rooted for 1 second when one of Jaren’s abilities hits them on Frozen Ground. Active: Shields one allied unit for 100 (50% of AP) damage for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds the shield explodes, dealing 20 (150% of AP) magic damage and silencing all nearby enemies. E: Passive: Increases the duration of Frozen Ground by 20 (1% of AP) seconds Active: Leaps forward dealing 60 (100% of AP) magic damage and 10(200% of AP) area damage. R: Passive: Increases the duration of Frozen ground by 30/60/120 seconds Active: Creates a blizzard dealing 5 (100% of AP) damage per second for 10 seconds. Can stack up to 5 times.

Some info you need to add:

Passive: How big is it? Exactly how much movement speed does it increase/decrease. Unless the area is small and the ms increase/decrease is minimal, 1 minute seems a bit too long.

CDs/Mana costs: With low cds and mana costs, it sounds like you can just spam abilities and almost have your passive around infinitely.

Also: W sounds like a somewhat stronger Ivern shield
