Proposed Ryze changes/ mini rework
Hey, I'm a Ryze main whom spent an hour writing a short essay on how these proposed Ryze changes would help Ryze become a healthier champion. BUT when I tried to post it, it BUGGED OUT, and deleted ALL OF MY PROGRESS. So I am just going to put the proposed changes here and just hope that people are smart enough to get what I was trying to do to help Ryze out and then critique me. If you want to know the reasoning for the my decisions with the changes just ask me in the comments. Any here is my concept.
Passive: Arcane mastery REMOVED: Mana scaling
Q: Overload: REMOVED: Movespeed from shields
**R: Desperate rush **
Active: For a few seconds, Ryze restores mana, gains increased Movespeed and his spells deal extra damage based off his maximum mana.
Movespeed: 20/25/30% Cooldown: 90 Duration: 6/8/10 Cost: Restores 20% maximum mana over the duration Maximum mana damage: Q: 3% W: 1% E: 2% (Same as Live but instead of bonus mana its Maximum mana)
Anyway, tell me what you think whether you hate it, think its overtuned or whatever. Idm because, whatever you say won't get back the hour of my life I just WASTED.
