Ryze mini rework concept

Ryze is currently a problem champion, he has a abysmally low win rate in solo que while being a popular pick at the pro level. The aim of this rework concept is to do the following

Nerf his early wave clear **Give him more hard counters so he's not an easy blind pick Restore some of his older identity Changes his ultimate so that it can be effective in solo que. **

So, with that in mind lets have a look at my proposed changes.

**E: Spellflux **- Any enemies damaged or targeted by spell flux are marked with flux (For synergy with ult) Fluxed interactions Q: Flux no longer bounces overloads. Any fluxed enemies damaged by overload (Also for ult synergy) take increased damage

W: same

E : same

Q: Overload damage increase 60/70/80/90/100% W - same Flux spread damage is 100% Mana cost - 40/50/60/70/80 Cooldown - 2.25 at all ranks Damage - Same

R: Desperate power PASSIVE: Desperate power's cooldown is reduced every time Ryze casts a spell. ACTIVE: For the duration Ryze gains flat ms and all his spells deal 50% of their damage as aoe.

Ms - 50/60/80 Duration - 5/6/7 Cooldown - 70/60/50 Flat cdr on spell cast - 1/1.5/2

Notes about ultimate - E AOE damage on ultimate originates from the original target of the E. All the flux being spread does not also deal AOE damage. Ultimate AOE Q procs all fluxed targets

I accidently deleted my first draft of this that went into a lot of detail on how this rework would work so I'm sorry if my explanations are short.

R changes I changed Ryze's R to desperate power because it has always been an iconic ability to him and was actually quite unique. The idea of a single target dps mage changing to a AOE dps mage is an interesting concept that I always liked.

E/Q changes Probably the most controversial of my proposed changes this nerf basically takes Ryze's godlike wave clear and make it mediocre without his ultimate (which is why it has such a low CD and the passive lowers it more) It also means that he can't poke enemies through minion waves lowering his effectiveness against long range mages and giving him some harder counters. To compensate for these nerfs I buffed his E overall giving it lower mana cost, lower early CD, increased overload damage and full spread damage. H

Anyway, this is my rework concept of Ryze, sorry I couldn't go into more detail. Would like to hear your opinions
