Q Force Discharge Discharge a lightning towards your cursor. First enemy hit receives 50/65/80/95/110 (+60% of AD) magic damage. If there is any enemies nearby first enemy hit, then this lightning will bounce between enemies, dealing 15% less damage with each bounce. This lightning bounces up to 3 times. If same enemy is hit twice or more times by the same lightning, then he/she will become_Shocked_ for 3 sec.
Empowered: each hit of the lightning will apply Shocked for 3 sec.

Active: roll a distance evading all projectiles, melee attacks and AOE effects while rolling. Also, removes all slowing effects from you. You can use your other abilities while rolling. Other abilities, used while rolling, becomes instant cast. Being hit by critical strike or receiving more than 699 damage in one hit, will instantly removes remaining cooldown form this ability.
Empowered: heal yourself for 30/40/50/60/70 health for every attack or spell evaded while rolling.

E Thunder Dome Summon 6 globes of energy to surround a targeted area for 3.5 sec (they will spin around the targeted area). After 3.5 sec those globes will detonate, bursting enemies within for 100/160/220/280/340 (+110% of AD) magic damage. Your Force Discharge can bounce off these globes to enemies, without reducing number of bounces or damage done. Hitting one of your globes with Force Discharge will cause that globe to disappear and burst damage will detonate 0.5 sec faster. If an enemy touches one of these globes, he/she will receive 30/40/50/60/70 (+25% of AD) magic damage and will be stunned for 0.75 sec. Also, that globe will disappear and burst damage will detonate 0.5 sec faster. Enemies, in area of this ability, will get Shocked applied on them for 1 sec every time you deal damage to them.
Empowered: when globes descend, all enemies within area of this ability will be rooted in place for 0.75 sec.

R Heaven Shocking Ionic Burst Gather electric energy for 3 sec. You can move, attack and use other abilities while gathering enegy. After 3 sec, you become super charged for 5 sec (you still can move, attack and use other abilities), allowing you to discharge all gathered energy in a line, dealing 200/250/300 (+130% of AD) magic damage to all enemies hit. Hitting Shocked enemies will stun them for 0.7 sec. If you don't release gathered enemy within 5 sec, you will lose all stored energy, putting this ability on 20 sec cooldown.
Empowered: energy discharge gains 250 bonus range.

#3. GAMEPLAY
His gameplay is very similar to burst mages: set up a combo and hope to destroy enemy before he/she can't do anything. He have several combos you can use.
Ulty combo (most effective - kill combo) Get yourself at least 2 stacks of empower and fully charged W passive. Start R and wait till it fully charges. If enemy isn't very smart and haven't run away, then put E on top of him/her. This will consume one empower charge and root him, while also applying Shocked. Launch charge R, dealing damage and also stunning enemy. Roll to your target with W, attack with basic attack to trigger W passive and finish him off with Q and E detonation.
Bounce combo Put down E on top of enemy. He/she will try to exit area as fast as he/she can. When he/she comes close to one of globes, hit him with Q, causing it to jump back form globe to the enemy. This might deal good damage, but it will not be enough to bust enemy down.
Roll combo If enemy dashes to you (jungler or your line foe), roll with W backward and shoot Q at your enemy. You will evade damage and punish enemy for engaging.
This is burst mage type champion, who also have pretty decent poke and active defense. All of his abilities needs to be used correctly: Q - if it doesn't bounce between enemies, then it ill deal very low damage; W - if you use it to engage, but you get caught, you will have no way do disengage; E - if let enemies to exit this area, you will lose a lot of potential damage; R - if enemies see you gathering energy, they might be smart enough to run away and not be hit. He is like more strategic version of Annie.
#4. LORE
A prodigy, like those who are born once in a generation or two, being born in Zaun, Regonas had the best teachers and started doing complicated experiments from the age of 6. Genius like no other, he showed multiple talents in science, art, literature, politics and even magic. Going from university to university, from city to city, he soaked up knowledge like a sponge. Several years ago he worked under Professor Stanwick and Viktor, helped them to develop Blitzcrank. However, when Stanwick betrayed Viktor, Regonas continued to work under Professor Stanwick until 12 months ago.
12 months ago Regonas finished his old project - a machine, which can transform physical of objects into pure arcane energy and back into physical objects. While it have many limitations, base principle was closely similar to ascension. However, he didn't wish to reveal his invention to Stanwick, so he ran away to Freljord, where he continued doing experiments with his machine.
11 months ago Regones were able to gather electrical energy from wind and lightning, fueling his machines with power. While he had limited source of energy, it was more than enough to continue his work on ascension machine.
9 months ago With limited resources, Regonas was forced to steal things for Piltover, where he was almost arrested by police and accidentally killed them. A bounty was set on his head and several investigator started tracking him.
7 months ago Stressed and ridden with guilt, Regonas continued his researches. He reached step, where he was able to turn biological matter into arcane energy and then turn it back into same matter. This was a significant breakthrough, because he came one step closer to ascension though science.
5 month ago
As his mental health deteriorated, doing researches and scientific for from dawn to dusk, he was on the brink of finishing his machine. He had captured several wild animals, turned them into ascended beings and then back into their normal selves. However something was still not right, because in ascended form animals didn't perform any actions and was pretty much brain dead.
110 days ago Massive storms were brewing above Regonas' laboratory, giving lots of wind power for Regonas' inventions.
106 days ago Investigators and bounty hunters found Regonas' laboratory. They attacked it, slowly breaking inside. While ascension machine wasn't 100% completed, he haven't had any more time to work on it - now or never. He turned machine on and stepped inside. At the same time, massive lightning storm was raging outside, strike lightnings down again and again. Attacked managed to get inside and they seen they target in a mashine, glowing with energy. Maybe because of the storm and too much of power, maybe because machine wasn't 100% completed, but things didn't turn as they should and with massive surges of electrical power, everything inside caught on fire, inventions started exploding, attackers were burned alive, while Regonas lost consciousness. When he woke up, he was in a different location, nearby Zaun.
80 days ago He visited College of Techmaturgy, wanted to share his findings and get funding for more detailed research, but he was turned off. He had reputation of a criminal and a madman. Professors viewed his ideas as crazy, unbelievable and dangerous, so they turned him off and even called called police to detain him. Regonas was filled with rage, shouting insults and threats to professors. Sudden surge of electricity was released out of his hands, electrocuting everyone around. While surprised, he was also momentary consumed with power, killing everyone in sight. When he regained control, he seen only piles of ashes of people, who were nearby. He ran away. Now he is chased by police of two cities, for his mad science and murder or people.
35 days ago Regonas learned to control his electrical powers, but still wasn't sure of what it was. His powers didn't resembled powers of ascended, not he was in ascended form. He needed do more research, rebuild his machine and test it on other people, he wish to figure out what he done to himself.
Present day Regonas was seen on his way to Naxus, destroying anyone who approached him. His powers continued to grow. Some scientist believe, that Regonas somehow bound himself spirit of maelstrom, other think that he transcended human and ascended forms, becoming being close to a god. Nobody were sure who have he become, but everyone agree that he needs to be stopped. Nobody offered him help, everyone was afraid of his powers and wants to stop him. With no friends, being an enemy to everyone, Regonas have nothing to lose and no one to spare. Become more and more cruel, he no longer see value in life of other people.
