Using a champion's Project Icon as your DP

Should enable the loading screen cards for that specific PROJECT skin.

This way, people who couldn't purchase the PROJECT skins at first strike would still be able to get the screen cards, and the PROJECT icons would attract more customers, just like the finisher icons in this year's April Fools.
