UNIQUE - Passive: Increases all healing received from potions by +25% each time, upon gaining a bonus potion. UNIQUE - Passive: The carrier of this item stores all potions inside this item, and gains +1 bonus potion each time after using all potions and returning to base. Loose 2 potions upon being killed. UNIQUE - Passive: Gain additional health for the amount that you heal from potions.

sounds good It seems like it might encourage turtling in mid lane since someone with this after a back or two you could never get them to leave.
