Schoolgirl Vel'Koz

I don't care what that bar to the left says, this skin concept is something that needs to happen.

Schoolgirl Vel'Koz needs a skirt and a cute frog backpack and a little apple to take to the geometry teacher. She needs to wear little black shoes on the ends of her tentacles and her ultimate should be chalk lasers. In fact, make all of her abilities chalk and crayon themed! She can throw crayons as her basic attack!
