Have There Been Any Community Concepts That Became Skins?

I'm just curious in the nicest way. Have there ever been any concepts/skin ideas made by the community that became actual skins? The reason why I ask is because IF there hasn't been any and the reason for that is because riot does not want to "copy", then I'd be upset to see so many nice concepts/ideas arise weekly that would never be implemented.
