Give Tango Evelynn special effects

Okay, so I realize that Tango Evelynn is just a 520 RP skin... but Riot can change that, right? Obviously they might lose some money based on the fact that previous buyers wouldn't have paid the full price, but whatever. It can't hurt'em, right? Just get'em more money anyway, because they'd change it to 975 RP.

So, I propose Tango Evelynn get special effects. Maybe turn her Hate Spike and ult to roses? Give her a new dance, maybe(obviously the [air] Tango)? The E and W would probably stay the same... maybe, for the W, add a sort of dance effect? Like, when she activates it, she jumps in the air and does that little dance thing I don't know the name of?... lol

But yeah, Evelynn has no skins with special effects, and I think for being used a lot in all types of games(Professional play, normal Ranked, and normal games), she should have at least one skin, but personally I can't think of any other effects to add but this, so.
