This differs from the Mahou Shoujo genre in that it's more "powered armor fueled by the power of rock music and singing". Yeah, seriously, I can't make that shit up. You can watch it subbed on Crunchyroll if you're interested, and I recommend you watch all 5 seasons. It's good.
